University Hospitals Medicare Advantage Plan by PTHP Mobile Application and the 24/7 Virtual Assistant powered by AI technology is designed to engage, educate, and evaluate individual needs and allow members to have on-demand access to interdisciplinary Population Health Team with frequency of touchpoints determined by clinical complexity and needs. The MyCharlie Mobile Application and the 24/7 Virtual Assistant navigates all members on their personal healthcare journey by allowing connection to wellness applications and wearables for enhanced lifestyle behavior monitoring.

App permissions

UHMAP Health+Wellness 1.7.0-UHMAP APK requires following permissions:
