App permissions
Universal Traffic Recorder App 2.88 APK requires following permissions:
Allows applications to access information about Wi-Fi networks.
Allows applications to change Wi-Fi connectivity state.
Allows applications to open network sockets.
Allows applications to access information about networks.
Allows applications to change network connectivity state.
Allows an app to access approximate location.
Allows an app to access precise location.
Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.
Permission an application must hold in order to use ACTION_REQUEST_IGNORE_BATTERY_OPTIMIZATIONS.
Allows access to the list of accounts in the Accounts Service.
Allows an application to receive the ACTION_BOOT_COMPLETED that is broadcast after the system finishes booting.

1 ★ Update 22 July 2024: Congratulations Audi for being my first and only 1*. I live in blind faith that should I need video evidence someone can extract the data. I can't. I love my Audi Q8. Brilliant. I wanted an independent Dash Cam but was coerced into buying this when I bought the car because they would hard wire it for me. Looking at the reviews I see the App is universally condemned. It is odd not to have developer replies and Audi are generally great on customer care and technology. Bummer
1 ★ Appalling app that really needs an overhaul. Extremely poor given this is from a premium car manufacturer. Clearly no investment from Audi in this app despite the feedback given by other users to date and awful review rating. Please kindly fix for the benefit of your customers.

1 ★ Audi UTR Useless. This app NEVER connects. Has missed several "events", needs some sort of specific SD card of small capacity otherwise videos dont save properly. Not a single day has this been reliable UTR is absolutely junk thinking of ripping it out and replacing. Complete waist of money. Hopefully people see all these reviews before they buy or DEVS FIX CONNECTION ISSUES THAT ARE IN HUNDREDS OF REVIEW HERE. AND THEN FIX THE ISSUES TO ALLOW FIRMWARE TO BE UPDATED to fix all these issues
