Description
Private Wi-Fi helps protect a user’s smartphone while connected to un-encrypted Wi-Fi hotspots.
Features include:
Private Wi-Fi VPN: Transforms open Wi-Fi from unencrypted to encrypted by automatically creating a VPN as soon as your smart phone is connected to an un-encrypted Wi-Fi network.
Wi-Fi Alerts: Provides near real-time threat detection and alerts whenever a Wi-Fi vulnerability is detected on your smartphone, so you can disconnect from the Wi-Fi network to keep your business data more secure.
User Permissions:
Location – to ensure you are in the domestic United States service territory.

Allows applications to access information about networks.
Allows applications to change network connectivity state.
Allows applications to open network sockets.
Allows applications to access information about Wi-Fi networks.
Allows applications to read the sync settings.
Allows applications to read the sync stats.
Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.
Marker permission for applications that wish to access notification policy.
Allows an application to request deleting packages.
Allows an app to access approximate location.
Allows an app to access precise location.
Permission an application must hold in order to use ACTION_REQUEST_IGNORE_BATTERY_OPTIMIZATIONS.
This constant was deprecated in API level 21. No longer enforced.
Allows an application to receive the ACTION_BOOT_COMPLETED that is broadcast after the system finishes booting.
Allows applications to change Wi-Fi connectivity state.
Allows access to the vibrator.

5 ★ Simple app that gives me a secure connection on hotel and airport wifi when I travel. I like that it just connects automatically and I don't have to toggle it on when I am at the airport
1 ★ pin att sends dont work .Called at&t the customer service rep was not helpful after being on the phone 20 minutes. I hung up. waste of an app plus I'm paying extra on my plan for this. this is a joke
