Description
The AT&T Voicemail Viewer app makes it easier to stay on top of your Voicemail or Unified Messaging voicemail messages directly from your Android device. Like looking at messages in your email inbox, Voicemail Viewer lists your messages, allowing you to choose the order in which you listen to them. The App may include a voicemail-to-text feature (VMTT) that provides automated transcription of your voicemail.

AT&T Voicemail Viewer 3.0.0.46 APK requires following permissions:
Allows an application to read the user's contacts data.
Allows an application to write the user's contacts data.
Allows applications to open network sockets.
Allows applications to access information about networks.
Allows an application to receive the ACTION_BOOT_COMPLETED that is broadcast after the system finishes booting.
Allows access to the vibrator.
Allows an application to write to external storage.
Allows access to the list of accounts in the Accounts Service.
Allows applications to write the sync settings.
Allows applications to read the sync settings.
Allows an application to initiate a phone call without going through the Dialer user interface for the user to confirm the call.
Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.
This constant was deprecated in API level 21. No longer enforced.
Allows an application to modify global audio settings.
Permission an application must hold in order to use ACTION_REQUEST_IGNORE_BATTERY_OPTIMIZATIONS.
Allows applications to disable the keyguard if it is not secure.

2 ★ For some reason, the transcript is terrible recently. The word "future" is showing up as "front counter", etc. Even if the call is a computer voice and not sure why.
1 ★ Outright doesn't let you log into your voicemail not matter what you do. Broken app.
1 ★ Could not get it to work. at&t tech support was pathetic. Over an hour wasted dealing with multiple idiots incapable of establishing a pin number that would work with this app.
1 ★ STUPID APP! If you buy a phone directly from Samsung and use it on ATT, this app will not work. I wasted 3 hours on the phone with att reps trying fix a problem that is not fixable.
1 ★ App failed to sign in. Used the built in "trouble report". It cooked up an email and sent it. The destination address was invalid. Yikes!
1 ★ Can't log in even though my pin works when dialing in. I've read other reviews saying AT&T tech support is not helpful but I will try anyway and post an update.
3 ★ It helps to read the app description. which says: [This app is for AT&T landline voicemail, not mobile phone voicemail.] That is why many can't get it to accept pin, etc. the visual voicemail that came with my note9 only shows a list of callers, but no voice to text. you can play the message, but I want to read it. so, now I need an app for my mobile phone that does voice to text. Suggestion to developer... put landline in the name to avoid confusion.
3 ★ this mobile app is consistently 'clunky' and awkward as is the main AT&T on-line experience. RE the PIN request in this app, one needs to go to the att website, long into your account, go to the voicemail function, and root around the setup menus to establish a new PIN (which one never had to do for any voicemail functionality on the website) .....who knew?!?!? Once the PIN is established on the website, then you can use this mobile app. Good luck to users, but shame on att fir poor app dev!
1 ★ This app doesn't let me log in, it asks for my number & pin. I enter my regular VM pin and phone number and I just get an error message. I've sent AT&T the error message as it says to do if I have any issues but I have not heard from them at all. I used to be able to access this app through my previous phone s6edge and it worked well now I can't even access it through my s9. I've called customer service and they have no clue on how to fix the issue that I'm encountering.
1 ★ Why would anyone need this? It only works for landline. My voicemails haven't been recording thanks to AT&T and I feel like I'm grasping at straws like this to get it running again.
3 ★ I keep getting a message saying "server cannot access this app" or words to that effect. But nevertheless I still get both the voice and text messages.
1 ★ Have an LG Thin Q 35V. Did not purchase from AT&T. I believe Visual Voicemail is pre loaded on phones purchased through AT&T. This app does not work for me. Like many others, it tells me my phone number or PIN is wrong. I went through an hour of trouble shooting with a AT&T rep to no avail. They said they would resolve the issue, but it never happened.
1 ★ Does not work. Internet says app may be for certain Landline services and not for mobile.
1 ★ It worked well with my old phone,, I got a new phone and this app is not working, it locked me out, it sucks, because it really came in handy
1 ★ As others have said, the problem here is that the app doesn't work. It does not recognize my phone # and PIN combo. AT&T should be embarrassed this shipped - basic testing before launch (or possibly before a recent Android update) would have caught the issue. This is one featue I really miss from iOS, and of course it doesn't work here.
