Description
The AT&T Voicemail Viewer app makes it easier to stay on top of your Voicemail or Unified Messaging voicemail messages directly from your Android device. Like looking at messages in your email inbox, Voicemail Viewer lists your messages, allowing you to choose the order in which you listen to them. The App may include a voicemail-to-text feature (VMTT) that provides automated transcription of your voicemail.
Residential landline phone service
VMTT is included with Voicemail Viewer for AT&T Phone
VMTT is included with Voicemail Viewer for traditional phone service with Voicemail or Unified Messaging
Business landline phone service
VMTT is included with Voicemail Viewer for AT&T Phone
VMTT is not available with Voicemail Viewer for traditional phone service with Voicemail or Unified Messaging

AT&T Voicemail Viewer 3.0.0.46 APK requires following permissions:
Allows an application to read the user's contacts data.
Allows an application to write the user's contacts data.
Allows applications to open network sockets.
Allows applications to access information about networks.
Allows an application to receive the ACTION_BOOT_COMPLETED that is broadcast after the system finishes booting.
Allows access to the vibrator.
Allows an application to write to external storage.
Allows access to the list of accounts in the Accounts Service.
Allows applications to write the sync settings.
Allows applications to read the sync settings.
Allows an application to initiate a phone call without going through the Dialer user interface for the user to confirm the call.
Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.
This constant was deprecated in API level 21. No longer enforced.
Allows an application to modify global audio settings.
Permission an application must hold in order to use ACTION_REQUEST_IGNORE_BATTERY_OPTIMIZATIONS.
Allows applications to disable the keyguard if it is not secure.
Allows an application to read from external storage.

1 ★ Update failed, uninstalled and now can't reinstall. It was useful when the app worked. Don't understand why it suddenly stopped. Very disappointed. Update 06.08.2023, finally was able to download the app tonight and my saved messages are there. Hope the app continues to work. UPDATE 12.12.2024, Spent an hour on the phone with ATT because the app stopped working again. Server error, connection issues, constant buffering and can't access detail of messages. Escalated complaint to a manager.
