App permissions

AT&T Mobile Transfer 3.20.3 APK requires following permissions:

Allows an application to read from external storage.

Allows an application to write to external storage.

Allows applications to open network sockets.

Allows an application to read the user's contacts data.

Allows read only access to phone state, including the phone number of the device, current cellular network information, the status of any ongoing calls, and a list of any PhoneAccounts registered on the device.

Allows read access to the device's phone number(s].

Allows applications to change network connectivity state.

Allows applications to read the sync settings.

Allows applications to access information about Wi-Fi networks.

Allows an application to update device statistics.

Allows applications to change Wi-Fi connectivity state.

Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.

Allows an application to read or write the system settings.

Allows applications to access information about networks.

Allows access to the list of accounts in the Accounts Service.

Allows an application to read SMS messages.

Allows an application to read the user's call log.

Allows an application to write (but not read] the user's call log data.

Allows applications to write the sync settings.

Allows an application to receive SMS messages.

Allows an application to monitor incoming MMS messages.

Allows applications to enter Wi-Fi Multicast mode.

Allows applications to read the sync stats.

Allows applications to set the wallpaper.

Must be required by a WallpaperService, to ensure that only the system can bind to it.

Allows applications to set the wallpaper hints.

Allows an application to read the user's calendar data.

Allows an application to write the user's calendar data.

Required to be able to access the camera device.

5 ★ I use AT&T Mobile Transfer everytime I switch phones, and it works perfectly for me to get everything switched where I need it.

4 ★ Worked well and quickly even though my old phone screen had spiderweb cracks so bad they felt like they were cutting my fingers. I blame my new phone for not instructing me to download this app; I had to figure that out on my own. App was easy though.

4 ★ First time it stopped before all my photos were transferred. I had to delete all photos from new phone and re-transfer them again. It was a bit time consuming, but eventually worked.

1 ★ This is a worthless app that has not worked on THREE different phone transfers. I end up having to go in to a store every time and even the employees have to fight with the transfer for an hour. Terrible company, terrible service, terrible app.

2 ★ App did NOT seem to work transferring data from a NOTE 3 to a S10+. App loaded on S10+ but a warning came up on the NOTE 3 saying the app was not compatable with this device.

5 ★ Works great. Really easy to use once you figure it out. The old app needed to be updated. Kind of wished it sensed that. I will use it in the future.

1 ★ It transferred my files but also installed apps that I have NEVER used on any of my devices. It pisses me off when you utilize an app for a specific purpose and then they install apps that you have no desire of using nor playing.

5 ★ Data transfer was quick. New tech programs did all the work. This app saved me hours. information & customized settings jus transfered. In 6 minutes. Kinda feel like I jus bought a. Turn key & Go. New car. Thank u AT&T

4 ★ Had to restart a few times but happy it finished. At least it continues where it left off so it doesn't duplicate.
