2 ★ The only thing this app does well is give you realtime gps bus locations. Other than that, I've had it give me wrong directions and timetables on more than one occasion. It also really lacks polish, meaning it's slow and buggy. I mean the design isn't great either, but for a public transport app reliability and usability are a must. Unfortunately this app lacks both. Better than nothing I guess but I think even two stars is being generous
2 ★ When it does work it is a pretty good app but that is every 5th (at least) attempt every time because most of the time it's simply a never-ending loading icon. You might say connection or server issue and even if that were the case it's not a valid excuse. It's this government's official source for the public transportation
1 ★ Don't even bother with this app! As some of the buses, namely the 122 Ellinikon to Saronida service, never come when they're supposed to, this is hopeless. Add to that the fact that it screwed up my smart card and wiped all my photos because it must have bugs! Had to uninstall immediately! I used to use this app other years but now just sit and hope my bus will actually come! Other than the occurrence of a miracle, even that is a guessing game these days...
2 ★ Serious problems with updating/connecting to server. Used to work much better in earlier versions but worsening with each new version. Tapping on a line takes ages if not forever to display the timetables and, more importantly, the buses' locations. UX bad but not critical for operating the app, needs to fix its basic problems first.
4 ★ Love it - very accurate. The only thing is that most of the times it takes too long (a couple of minutes) to load the waiting time on a chosen stop.
3 ★ All kind of new updates are causing app crashes. Location pin is generally disappearing while checking live locations, so you have to click on bus stop in order to see busses' arrival time. Data update section is not working via wifi or 4g either. Now it is sending notifications to phone for update but not allow you to make it as well. This is irritating. This app needs so many developmen steps.
1 ★ The last update is awful! It keeps telling me that i need to update data and when i press the button the update fails and i continues to send notifications to update. Moreover, usually it takes a long time to display timetables or bus locations. Previous versions were far better
1 ★ On rush hours it doesn't even load. Maps don't load, you just see the stop points. This application should be fast. You should check it right away. Sometimes it's better to wait for the bus than checking what time it will arrive. Your server must be a potato. Upgrade or think of something different.
1 ★ It used to work fine, but now it's total trash. OASA being cheap probably implemented limitations on the app hits per IP to ensure that they don't have to pay that much for the Google Maps. This has rendered the app useless. Once again the public sector has proven that it is incapable of maintening a basic app.
2 ★ Disappointing app. * Doesn't include the metro or tram. * Map feature doesn't work. * Bus stops don't show the direction, for example there are 2 stops called "Pl. Filikis Etairias" but you can only know which one you need by the stop number (e.g. 380100), but you don't know that until you've visited the stop! * Many bus routes (eg. 217) are only labelled in 1 direction, even if they are making the return journey! * Not clear whether times shown are realttime or scheduled (realtime works though)
1 ★ The app is well designed and easy to use, really like the bus location function. Why 1 star? Because 9 out of 10 times the app doesn't load which makes it useless. Instead of waiting 10 minutes to see when my bus will come, I can go directly to the bus stop.
1 ★ Inaccurate information. Has some bug where you cant update bus schedules for no reason. Most buses dont appear in the real-time location map. Terrible! It used to work perfectly some years ago, but I guess you cant expect anything offered by the public sector to last.
2 ★ after the last update,it freezes all the time. this is frustrating, considering that people are in a rush to catch busses, especially in the mornings. unfortunately there is no other app,and not all stops have boards that announce arrivals. fix it please.
1 ★ Your endpoint is not updated, therefore timetables are outdated. Hire a backend developer and let him update timetables at least once a week. There are times that this app makes my life incredibly easier than before its existence, but if you want to be a respectful and reliable company, your app should be reliable as well.
1 ★ Your app is horrible. when you plan a trip and are counting on public transportation to get you there and the app you depend on doesn't update it's current status forcing you to miss out on appointments you've made. You should be embarrased. Really, why even bother with this.
