4 ★ Very functional app, and is critical in using the Blood pressure monitoring device, as it updates the device settings when communicating via Bluetooth.
5 ★ I've only had this a few days, but I really like it! I recommend this to anyone who hates the armbands at the doctor's office. going to test the accuracy with a nurse and update this post.
4 ★ I've used it for about 1-2 years with the MOCA cuff. When it's working it's great. But it's somewhat glitchy, although it's been improved. I've found that mine tends to read higher than the blood pressure cuffs at most health care providers. It's not very intuitive, and the instructions, last time I checked, were sketchy. Support reps have generally been good. It's a good system, but don't expect it to be always easy to use, or perfect. It takes my BP, and exports it [except at the moment I'm having trouble with exporting]. I don't have anything else to compare it to. I think it would be less trouble to just write the measurements down and skip the synching feature, but I'm a tech nerd, and so I keep at it.
3 ★ Export is broken since March! Otherwise, The cuff works consistently well and I've been using it for three years. I've compared readings in my doctor's office several times it's it's been very close. The MocaHeart is sporadic with Ox levels that are inaccurate about 25% of the time and velocity inaccurate about 40%. When it works, it's useful but for blood oxygen, I prefer my other device. Most of the time it takes two cycles to get a reading.
2 ★ Can't export file to send to my Dr. The app keeps crashing when I try to export. When setting reminder for measurement x3 daily, it saves as medication reminder and not a measurement reminder.
3 ★ Great product, but needs some updates/fixes! It syncs fine (android LG V40) but gives no option to enter medication in the reading. i can add it to the note, which says "Edin Note" typo makes me suspicious of the quality. reminders dont work, you can enter correctly but then they all show as medication.
3 ★ I finally figured out how to pair the app with the unit. It doesnt pair using the same steps as pairing with a Bluetooth earpiece. The app must be paired each time the unit is used. I'll revisit the ratings after using the app more.
1 ★ It's unacceptable that this app doesn't talk to the other health apps like Google Fit or Apple Health. This app hasn't really updated in months either. Get with the times guys! You have a great product but it can be a lot greater! Live up to your potential instead of just cruising along!
5 ★ I love the blood pressure cuff and this app. I noticed the export function wasn't working and sent a message to the developer. Wow!! I got a response the same day and it was fixed. Also, a problem getting data to a new phone. They told me right away how to fix that. Thank you tech support!
5 ★ The device is impressive, compact and intuitive to use. The best I've used. Not a massive pump to lug around. The app is straight forward and adaquate for tracking your BP and exporting the data for your MD's review and advicement.
5 ★ Great product. Valuable information. Easy to use. Location functionality not working as per advertised. Recommend adding voice coaching for those visually impaired.
5 ★ Works perfectly on Android 6-7 phones. On Android 9, this app crashes Everytime after recording measurements.
3 ★ Bluetooth not connecting to my pixel 3. The Bluetooth icon just blinks and when I try to pair it it won't do anything.
2 ★ It keeps crashing constantly when I try and export the results to my email on Samsung Galaxy s10. I am thinking of returning it
