Download the latest MedNotesTP application, version 4.28, compatible with Windows 10/11 (using emulators such as Bluestacks), Android devices. This free Medical app is developed by MedNotes Plus and is easy to download and install.
Previous versions, including 4.28, are also available. If you need help or have any problems, please let us know.
Description
Touch the Menu key to add a note. The app will automatically save the notes and the injection site when you go back to the main screen. If you need to make a note of an event that happened in the past, you can set a date, which would be a new date for the record. If the date is not set manually, it would be set automatically as a current date on the Mobil device.

Some content is now available in Russian, French and German. Translated using Google Translate.

3 ★ I'm really not thrilled about the latest update. My injection site "map" looks very different from the ones you supply....and the current pic labels are too large and not truly relevant, and add to my confusion! LOL Wish: customizable injection maps would be the cat's meow!
5 ★ I use Copaxone daily injections and using this app. has been fantastic in keeping me organized as to where I've injected each week. I've recommended it to people many times. Thank you designers

1 ★ Has a mind of it's own. Not reliable, can't access the information I need. Says there are 14 months in the year. You have to enter the date correctly as you can't change it even when it choose the 13th month.
5 ★ This is an excellent app, especially for MS patients using copaxone . Very simple to use and very convenient for recording my daily injections and keeping track of my injection site rotations. Thank you so much!

5 ★ Takes getting used to at first, needs directions but after a day or so It was easy and convenient. I like the ability to export the notes to my pc files so I can print a hard copy for my records and to show my doc. Keeping track of dates and sites of injections is so important and this makes it easy and even fun. After starting to have walking issues the last few months mednotesTP has lessened stress. Thank you. Impacted my life so positively! :)
