1 ★ This app forces you to allow system setting changes when it first opens. Make sure you don't allow it. Doing so turns off adaptive brightness every time the QR code is opened, but the app never bothers to turn the setting back on when it closes. As a result, the phone screen stays on super bright, and I had to manually switch on adaptive brightness again.
1 ★ Cant even be used. Prompting process is unsuccessful whenever trying to login Garbage
1 ★ Useless. Loaded with publicity every time you open it. Mine it's already on a loop of some City bank marketing and I cannot do anything. Needless to say, I buy less often at Fusion because of this.
2 ★ Everytime the app updates you have to log back in and wait for a OTP on your phone. Seems a bit silly to me. Overcomplicated app for a supermarket.
4 ★ Overall it works and integrates Park N Shop, Watson's, and Fortress but the stmap system is not self intuitive and expires after some point without any notification
1 ★ Please have option to startup in either Chinese or English. I almost uninstalled this app because I couldn't find any way to change to English. I only noticed the Settings icon in the top left of the Signup/Account screen at the last moment. This is bad UI design. The first thing your app should do after install is to ask which language to use and not have this language function in a Settings icon that's hidden (it mixes in with the background image and can go unnoticed) on the Signup screen.
2 ★ This app is often dysfunctional; often doesn't open properly; notifications won't open for often a month at a time, leaving a huge backload of expired offers & deals. I can't read my Moneyback balance or my notifications today. These guys need to review this whole app & strengthen the core functions. What's the point of promoting this app if it doesn't work when it's called on.
3 ★ The apps will turn off "adaptive brightness" setting on loading but will not restore the setting to "on" posting after closing. Users have to turn on the "adaptive brightness" to "on" manually each time which is really not convenient. Other similar apps, like that of "Yoshinoya" don't have that problem. They will tune up the brightness when loading as well, but will not affect the "adaptive brightness" setting.
1 ★ Screenshots on Play store are in English, but app defaults in Chinese, you have to agree to the Chinese terms. There is an language option in Settings but its in Chinese too, so just try them all. To top off all of this, the Settings button is buried within the app, scroll around until you see the setting gear icon.
1 ★ This is an user unfriendly app. If i forgot the password, i was asked to key in the 6 digit number from SMS. This is ok. However, i was prompted to create new password on the spot. Can you understand this new password request is very nuisance? I was in the head the queue to pay and was interrupted by this request. Can you, like many popular apps, just use the SMS to verify the login? The designer of the new password does not understand how business is run. It is a bad design.
1 ★ Very difficult to use. First, it's hard to find the language settings. Second, the registration is not going through because they are not sending the verification code, even after I click resend. Been waiting and trying multiple times for two days.
1 ★ This app has a serious usability issue. it always stalled and unable to retrieve message, I get stucked after loading the QR code. After switching to brand new phone, the same issue keeps repeating in last few years. I seriously doubt why do we need so many ads, from every related stores everyday.
1 ★ Most annoying money back app. Sad parkNshop dont have cards anymore. its much faster. this app is so long to open and can cause a long queue. I just had 4k hkd bill and was about to get some points but this stupid app doesnt open the QR code to scan takes 5mins to load and people behind me are getting annoyed. i ended up not tapping it. well done for worst app ever
1 ★ Broken app. Can't even use it. Would give 0 stars if I could Can't sign up, because I apparently already have an account. Can't log in because it cannot process my request. Useless through and through. Ads are forceful, and like most apps in China/Macau, this one really wants your location...
1 ★ app doesnt work, previous version requires password login, biometric login never worked, and only shows QR code page The new update version sent ydy only shows the front page, can't even get in the app nor to see QR page, hanging...... If the purpose of update version is designed to stop people using it, IT team you made it. App sucks!!!!!!!! Please test before you launch.
