1 ★ Recently I bought asus rog Phone 3.. Frequently call hanging issue are there, at that time Im restarting my Phone. Can u please fix the issues through software updates.. or any other way to solve this problem. Pls help me

1 ★ Horrible. After an update, it no longer works correctly. Asus is completely terrible. They have NO idea how to program.

2 ★ No option for "contacts to display". I have been banging my head to hide contacts from certain Google account since i use multiple accounts on my phone. Earlier there was an option to hide contacts from certain accounts but No more

3 ★ The app worked perfect in the beginning but after few updates things went wrong. When I save contact with name , after few days I try to find them on the phone. They are not there , saved anymore, jst the phone number, not any name. Then I wonder whos phone number is this. This needs to be fixed or it is extremly difficlut to have a app that can not save phone number with name.. :( :(

2 ★ The contacts take a long long time to show up. This is a bug. We cannot be clearing the cache again and again, the problem shows up in a few minutes. This is for ZenFone Max3. Got a fix that works for me, uninstalled all the updates of this app, works super fast now. So start using the factory version of the app, and not the updates to the app, till Asus comes with a fix that works for ZenFone max3

3 ★ Groups are duplicated because of unknown reason: "best" and "frequent" (in Russian locale) are repeated 5 (five) times, same with custom groups. I'm able to delete custom groups dups (but cannot identify which one is real) however can do nothing to built-in groups ("best", 'vip' and so on). If I delete the real custom group like "my group (3)" (with three members) the rest of group dups (named equally) loose group members and begin to show (0). If I delete phantom dup - nothing is changed and all of the dups continue showing "my group(3)". I think duplication is related to some of previous updates or each major(?) update increases number of group duplicates. When I was configuring groups I did not produce any dups - they just showed up once from nowhere. Number of dups is constant to all the groups and is not related to group members count. Right now "frequent" has 5 dups (1 real, 4 phantoms) and two of them are highlighted with bold. Most of groups were configured like three years ago. So it's started long time ago, I thought it might be fixed with any of upcoming updates but it did not. app: 2.0.5.53_180703 os: 3.0.10.55_180510

1 ★ Bad recent design change, very hard to find a contact, because before, there was a photo for every person in the list, it was very visual, very intuitive. But now: 1) Only a plain list of names: if you don't remember the name, only the face, you are screwed! 2) Access to Groups used to be on its own Tab on top, now its... part of the contact list? If you are already desperate scrolling down the list trying to find a faceless contact, now to use Groups, look at the screen: the option is not there.

4 ★ This app is the easiest to use. You can put the a little amount of information in or an endless amount of information, customized to your own needs. When on an active call the the call screen goes to a default screen, so when you need to exit call or Switch to another fuction, you have to try to bring up the call screen. This is not easy, you have to back space and go to call icon and then get to call screen many times it takes several times. Or it does not disconect

1 ★ LOTS OF PROBLEM EDITING NAME. In same case, I can't erase "Dr", it keeps appearing, ex "Dr. Adam", but when i try to edit it shows up as "adam". On other case, when i edit other name, ex: rachel, but it shows up as "rachel, I". I can't edit it, cause when i try to edit, it shows up as rachel. When i click save, it shows up as "rachel, I". THIS IS SO ANNOYING, I'VE BEEN EXPERIENCING THIS SINCE LAST YEAR MAYBE, NOT SURE. i use zenfone 3 ze520kl.

5 ★ Very best app and unmatched interface. I felt good while using this as I love simple stuff. And unlike all other chatting apps, this is secure and have best emojis and gif support. You can store contact ID with emojis

1 ★ This is the worst Dialer App I have ever seen. The favourite contact display is nothing more than a plain textual list with numbers, no photo, no interactive object, just plain text. Atleast allow users to chose a layout like grid, etc. to display favorites. The group feature should be quickly accessible and shouldn't require so many clicks. Asus team, you really need to work on dialler UI !!

2 ★ I just wish that I could remove redundant / empty groups like VIP and co-workers. Alternatively the ability to choose which group or groups to display would be great. In this way perhaps the whole group, or most of it, may be visible without a second action. A response would be nice.

3 ★ I need one feature and I think all users need it caller ID, know who is calling and spam protection and searching all numbers and give true name like trucaller or Google phone app

5 ★ Working GOOD ,but service center not available easily nearby .
