5 ★ I have had a lot of experience on this app and must say they are always Friendly & Helpful. They always ask the correct questions when diagnosing any problems.
1 ★ My phone won't get any updates. Spoke to 11 different people each time explaining the issue all over. Can't they pull it from their records and see whom I've spoken to earlier and what the issue is ? And some of them don't even know where the updates come from . I had to explain them how AT&T releases Android updates .Don't waste your money on this . People with no expertise will take all the time and no resolution. The promised call backs don't happen..ITS JUST A SCAM..
1 ★ I have tried multiple times to use app & at the very beginning the app can't manage to send the verification code so I can use it! Very frustrating.
4 ★ Its a great app for the most part but there are times I can't use all the services that I pay for. I have received useful help from them though.
5 ★ Easy to connect to what you need to know. Example: thought I would lose my mind when duplicates of my texts were coming through one of them 9 times. ProTech helped me figure out I had missed an upgrade so we went to Settings-General, About Phone, and did an Upgrade. Problem solved 😎 Thank you very much!
5 ★ I really appreciate the help today to resolve my frustration with my Samsung note 9 .. you spent a lot of effort solving a very frustrating time with 2 problems I was having with the phone! Can't say enough for your service!
1 ★ Wasn't able to log in tried to solve it over the phone, gave me Error ID 51075 talked with 7 different people clueless, said will make a ticket to solve it but nothing happen.
4 ★ My only complaint is the End conversation button doesn't verify you definitely want to end the conversation. I hit it by accident and it ended my conversation with the tech in the middle of troubleshooting. It's not a major issue because the next tech was able to pick up where I left off with the previous one but it definitely added to my frustrations a bit. I mentioned this to the next tech I got and he assured me he would pass this on to the app development team.
5 ★ Incredibly helpful! I can ask an expert instead of scouring the internet for a solution that may not work. Absolutely resolved an issue that was causing a basic function of the phone to crash and malfunction by walking me through several steps. Also great in determining what is an error vs a problem with the phone itself. Very grateful this exists! Very little wait time to speak to someone!
3 ★ Could be better! I like the app and hope for better options to choose from when it comes to your issue. Another thing is they can't help with refund issues & certain type of billing issues. I felt they should handle the same issues as if I would call At&t. (The automated says they can't help with those issues). They couldn't direct me to anyone I need to call At&t to get help.
5 ★ Great customer support that's well worth the small they charge for their service. Well worth it for the not-so-savvy phone user, and I wouldn't be surprised if the savvy would find benefit in their timely notices and suggestions. You can contact them via phone or chat, and they're able to securely remote access into your phone for troubleshooting or just general how do I so this help. They've been very helpful to me so far.
5 ★ I swear by ProTech Support. I originally got this for My 3 Daughter's because as they were growing up they are hard on everything, so I wanted to make sure that I'm covered just in case they screw something Up. Little did I know that this was only 1 small facet of what Protech Support is all about. I use them more that anyone in My Family.

5 ★ awesome service! saved me alot of time not having to run into the store, leave my phone for a tech to look at it and go back and pick it up. the tech was able to take control of my phone with my granted permission through the app and fix the issues I was having.... all while I was putting my kids to bed.
1 ★ I can't ever get into it. I get an error message about exceeding maximum attempts and have to wait 24 hours, when I have not even tried once.
