Assist Card, a member of the Starr Insurance Companies group, is an organization that offers comprehensive travel assistance. Since 1972, it has expanded over the five continents. Its 74 travellers assistance offices are interconnected with last generation technologies, which guarantees non-stop availability for multilingual assistance 24/7. Its worldwide provider network grants solutions and immediate response in over 190 countries, from a simple doctor’s appointment to more complex eventualities, such as medical transport, baggage location and flight booking, among other services. 2 ★ Not useful, not helpful. It's cannot detect my location or allow me to chat. Is call the only one option? If yes, I wonder why this apps available. You just need to send me email about your phone number each region from the start. No need to suggest like "Before your travel begins, important : 1. Download out app 2. Login" Sadly, this apps is not helping my trip. Please, don't need reply me like "Please email to blablabla" This apps can show my info correctly, but still not helping

1 ★ The chat keeps timing out and no way to go back to it. I had to retype my issue over and over. Help over WhatsApp was unreliable and inconsistent, and they said they couldn't call me over WhatsApp. I had to look for a phone for them to call me with and when I told them the number, they said they would ring but then went silent. For a company that is supposed to assist with medical emergencies, this is unacceptable.

2 ★ You have to download a lot of different apps to have access to the things that they offer as the traductor or loop, so I don't know why this app offers you something that it isn't on the app itself. The attention of medical service is good but sometimes they don't give you a prescription and you need it for a refund.

5 ★ Fast and efficient.

1 ★ this app and this company is trash! don't contract this company! they are fast giving you a voucher and collecting your payment, but to give you a refund and assistance they are like a ghost! my baggage was delayed and I they just don't solve my case, they don't answe my emails, don't answer on phone, I'll never contract them again and I wish they disappear of this world.

1 ★ They only refund in Pesos, even if you paid in USD. , I stayed on for about 12 hours trying to contact someone via the app chat and via the phone to report that I had Covid. When filing a claim on the APP it deletes all the files that you upload. I haven't been able to make my claim and no one answers my emails about how else I can make it.

1 ★ I can't believe, a company this size, has an App so poor in design and functionality. I login, and I can't see my Voucher, If I login on the browser I'm able to see it. then when I try to chat with an operator online, it really sucks. Please start over the development and do the right thing

1 ★ Cannot register. Does not accept country name eg United Kingdom, UK, England or Great Britain. We don't carry ID cards in the UK so no idea what to put in that box. Tried using my passport number in both.

1 ★ This app is so terrible. It's so hard to have a conversation on the chat because sometimes you write a mesage and the doesn't go. It takes mor than 10 minutes to conect you to the assistant. It's too difficult. They need to improve this area.

1 ★ I have never written a review before until today. To start, I paid the most expensive service this company offers in their website and it was a complete waste of money. I got intoxicated last night, I have fever, vomiting, shaking chills and the only thing they told me on phone call was to take a cold shower, drink water and of possible to get some paracetamol pills. The worse thing is that the lady on the phone told me that if my symptoms got worse, to call 911 and ask for help.

1 ★ The app is horrible. You will receive an email explaining how to use the app in case you need assistance, but when you open the app it is completely different from the explanation. Weird.

3 ★ Even though the app itself is quite raw, it's really helpful when trying to get help while not having cellular network. But the chat is so poorly made!! Drop it and start using WhatsApp or Telegram to contact with the call center

1 ★ Worst service ever. Was at venice and my girlfriend got some alergic reaction that made her mouth puff. We got a dentist appt 3 DAYS LATER. Wonderfull way to solve SIMPLE emergencies. Left us thanking for our good health and luck. Will never waste money on this again.

1 ★ Uselles. Simply ridiculous App. The worst travell insurance I've ever done. Te first and the lado experience. Te App is completely fake.

1 ★ Bad attention when I needed help abroad. Nobody answered the phone and the exchange rate between what I had paid and got back after claim, was awfully Bad... I won't choose Assist card anymore...
