1 ★ Please for God's sake update the app or make it work better for android user. It works sometimes, sometimes it does not. I always get this Go home and it freezes. Uninstall and reinstall it about 10 times now. I even made sure the link was the right one. Still having issues. I work at Asurion and a lot of people are feeling the same way.

4 ★ althought I have notifications turned on, I'm not getting notifications on my android device. I've tried reinstalling and checking settings.. It's still not providing notifications.. I noticed Apple devices have no issues with this function. ... hopefully this gets resolved soon as apple users are able to take advantage of VTO.

1 ★ This app would be good if it actually worked but it doesn't, It will just frustrate you!!! Don't bother installing I finally gave up it works every once in a blue moon and I constantly am having to uninstall and reinstall and it sometimes will go through but 90% of the time it just frustrates me...

2 ★ please add fixes for the following: 1) there is no option to remove or edit scheduled time off segments through the app, which sucks if you dont have access to the website on the go, which most hourly employees do not. 2) request viewer does not swipe to be able to view open/denied/pending requests

1 ★ I've uninstalled and installed minimum 10 times. "Go Home" is getting old. Needs an update ASAP. I've literally seen this app show a bunch of available schedules for one user and not available for other users, same search at the same time, same team no blocks. Somebody needs to do something about this.

1 ★ this app is NOT reliable even though i need ut to be to maintain my schedule at work. it freezes constantly and i have to keep uninstalling and reinstalling and hope i can remember how to log back in. even then this has to be done 3-4+ times just to get it to open properly. this needs to be fixed.

1 ★ The app is unreliable. I've submitted time off requests that were never communicated to my employer. Within the last week I haven't been able to get anything but a white screen. I don't understand why an app so many people rely on cannot work as it should and be reliable. I work for one of the largest companies in the country so there are millions of employees unable to manage their schedule remotely with this app. And yes I have the latest version.

1 ★ I have been unable to login for the last 4 days. I keep getting a timeout error when logging in. Every time i restart the app, it asks for the registration link to register my device. then it just stays on the loading screen until timeout error. I have uninstalled/reinstalled several times. please help!

1 ★ the app is still forever garbage and won't even open when I actually need it to change my schedule. This happens several times a week. *update* this app is still terrible and has not improved in regards to usability, reliability, and practicality. Still disappointed, but not surprised. *update* still utter garbage

1 ★ what is going on with this app. 12 days now and I can't move my schedule. everytime I tried to move it I get this message. No move options found for the search criteria used. Search completed on 03/13/2020 at 11:45 PM Found that agent belongs to zero Staff Groups for given date or agent does not have a schedule for given date. please fix this issue ASAP

5 ★ I was not able to sign in for a couple days and tried it on my iPhone and android. Unregistered/re-registered, all that jazz and then I thought of calling command center Aspect for an updated link for registering my device. It totally fixed log in screen issue for me

1 ★ This app rarely works. I have to constantly uninstall and reinstall it just to get it to work once and then it doesnt work the next day again. It just doesnt load and most of the time will not take my password.

1 ★ Is not working for me at all wont let me check my schedule.. I uninstalled the app and then reinstalled and still not working at all.

2 ★ App disappeared from my screen and I try to reinstall the app. App only spins

2 ★ This app used to work perfectly until the most recent update. When logging into my company's Aspect, it always got a 404 but then redirected to the appropriate screen. Now it stops and won't go any further.
