. Request your appointment online at the hospitals and centers of the HLA Hospital Group.
. Request a video consultation with a specialist through Asisa LIVE.
. Know what tests require authorization and request it if necessary.
. See your cards, if you have forgotten to take them with you.
. Check the history of pending appointments and your visits to the doctor. Add photos, reports or other documents that you want to save.
. Check the details of your receipts.
. Retrieve information about your policy, including the particular conditions.
In addition, you will be able to find the entire Branch Network, our own centers and products that we put at your disposal.

3 ★ Deja de funcionar cuando quieres guardar un contacto en tus favoritos. Se para y tienes que volver a poner tus datos para entrar en tu área personal. Al final acabo haciéndolo desde Internet, pero me gustaría poder hacerlo con la aplicación porque es una gran idea. Gracias.

1 ★ ¿Por qué tengo que dar acceso a mi localización para poder usar la aplicación? No es admisible que por no dar acceso a la localización no se permita usar la aplicación.

1 ★ No es apta para móviles. Los botones se superponen y no te dejan elegir lo que buscas.

1 ★ Pues ya lo han dicho por aquí. La principal función de la app (buscar médicos) no funciona. A pesar de introducir info de localización no puedes continuar por que falta la info de localización ¿?
5 ★ buena app flexible y cumple con el proposito de una app de una aseguradora, te ahorrara mucho tiempo y te ayudara a encontrar tu mejor opción
2 ★ en tu area privada, una de las cosas más relevantes que es la localización de medicos según una localización, funciona de pena. Lo demás funciona. Acierto lo de las autorizaciones por la app. por otro lado, el no poder llamar pulsando el número de teléfono de la ficha del cuadro médico también es algo negativo
2 ★ Se ha cerrado en 5 ocasiones con funciones distintas. primero no funciona el escáner para autorizaciones, y se cierra, después no funciona el icono de esa función, después no funciona la opción "mis tarjetas".
