1 ★ I'm honestly disgusted with this company. They renewed my annual subscription without notice and even though I contacted them same day they refused to reverse it. Any company with morals would have notified me in advance that my subscription was about to renew (especially since it doesn't show up under Google play subscriptions, which is why I missed it In the first place), and would have reversed it since I contacted them immediately. Shame shame shame shame. Avoid this soul-less company!
1 ★ I think you could get AI to give you the same quality details. They also take your money without permission, not a good business.
1 ★ I have been trying to cancel my subscription for weeks. Tried cancelling in app and online. Subsequent emails to support and no satisfaction. I've been a member for two years and no longer using the app. Today Asana have tried to take payment for another year. Very poor service. Warning to others Asana Rebel won't cancel! For anyone looking to join look at the 1 star reviews and the responses from Asana. They don't offer to help / fix just a generic platitude in response. I'm waiting for mine.
5 ★ Very effective and complex program. I like it, keep it, do it.
1 ★ Canceled almost 4 years ago and thru just charged my PayPal for an "auto renewal". There hasn't been a charge from them in years, I canceled my subscription in 2021, and yet they just charged my account. Absolute SCAM. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP. The app also sucked too (which is why I canceled...)
