This app fixes gps in custom roms for L9. This app uses some ideas from stock rom + added my own workarounds/fixes

-LTO (Long Term Orbits) managing
-Fixing A-GPS at boot/GPS enable
You don't need this on stock rom, there is hidden menu for it
