We've expanded classic mentions: you can select not only chat participants but any persons from Arrival. They won't be notified, but anybody can quickly navigate to their profile — right from your message. Works both in tasks and direct messages.

E Messenger 3.1.0 APK requires following permissions:

Allows applications to disable the keyguard if it is not secure.
