Description
For BabyCam to work, it is necessary that the devices are connected on the same WiFi network or via WiFi Direct. The parent's device will connect to the baby's device easily and automatically.
With BabyCam it will not be necessary to register, introduce codes to match the devices or similar, as it happens in other similar applications. Just by pressing a button on each device, they will connect.
BabyCam is totally free. Includes a Premium version to eliminate advertising forever ($ 1.99)

2 ★ Seems like it is well designed, but sound is not coming through. Mic permissions are set, not sure why it doesn't work
1 ★ Turns off constantly. Does not work anymore. It did work perfectly before, but like everything else it has failed.
5 ★ Great app. Has a lot of handy features and the ads are not too bad. Really like that you don't have to have wifi on the one setting, as the power goes out weirdly frequently here. My only complaint is that you can turn on the speak option while you have the listen option on, which creates a very loud feedback loop/screech. Otherwise, a great app, haven't really had any problems.
4 ★ It's really helpful but sometimes it has some problems and can't connect the two phones..
3 ★ Was good while it worked, used it with my Chromebook but the third last update caused me not to be able hear from the Chromebook anymore. The second last one it got laggy, so I could only see my baby every 2 seconds. I miss how it was when I first started using it two months ago. Wish I never updated.
2 ★ The lag is just ubearable. It constantly freezes even up to 15 seconds, enough time for your baby to choke before you are aware. Needs a fix asap. Also should be able to take pictures directly from the phone that is used to monitor the baby because the pic it takes right now is total garbage due to the streaming i think its just a screenshot of the stream?
5 ★ This app working great. I use it for a security camera. I don't have an internet Wi-Fi connection. The Wi-Fi direct works great plus all the features like you can turn the light on/off remotely, zoom in/out, switch from front camera to rear camera, take pictures or videos all remotely. I use a tripod with cellphone holder set the phone to the baby's camera and plug the phone into a car charger, place the tripod setup inside vehicle and aim out the window at the area you want surveillance on.
4 ★ Great app with excellent features. Very versatile which means you can use it everywhere. There's some connection issues occasionally but they aren't for long and a quick disconnect/connect of the device solves the problem right away

5 ★ The app is wonderful as it allows you to use any phone / tablet as a baby camera and to connect with another device through wifi. What is impressive is how feature rich the app is and how it simply works. I have used dedicated baby monitors that are less reliable than with less features, BabyCam is just great!

5 ★ Fantastic app for keeping a constant watch on the sleeping baby. All the features are useful snd tvey work very well. Very satisfied with this app.
5 ★ The app isn't so reliable. Sometimes it connects and sometimes it doesn't. Don't know why, clearing my cache didn't work. Seems quite random, maybe it's the WiFi?
5 ★ Once we managed to get a stable internet connection the app become extremely useful. I use it daily and can support also multiple devices simultaneously acting as 'parent' device.
