1 ★ I understand the app is made for authorized service providers, but what can I do if there are no service providers near me. I bought a front load washing machine, and it's been showing a service icon on the dashboard. Thanks.

1 ★ Impossible for a new user to log in - useless. The opening screen requests a password but there is no chance to register or create an account. There are no instructions on how to do this. Kindly explain how a new user can get started.
