3 ★ O padrão visual do aplicativo melhorou mas não segue nenhuma prática do google ou da apple, e nem por isso é mais bonito que as propostas padrão. Poderiam aceitar também cadastro pela API do facebook com complemento de dados (cpf). Mas o principal motivo de ser ruim é q trava muito. Mas o pior foi que tentei usar esse fim de semana no aeroporto de santos dumont e não funcionou. Continuo usando para zona azul mas só pq é minha única opção.

1 ★ Nem este e nem o "Vaga Inteligente da Estapar" funcionam direito. O clique em partes da tela não funciona na maioria das vezes. Para fazer scroll... ixe, quase perdi a paciência. Até consegui colocar crédito e pagar a reserva, mas não tenho a mínima ideia de como consultar a reserva feita. A sorte foi que tirei print da última tela com a reserva efetivada (número da reserva e QRCODE). Pelo site "estapar" após "calcular estadia"... na última tela aparece uma mensagem genérica de erro na efetivação da reserva. No site "estaparativacoes", dá erro em praticamente todas as páginas de consulta e não localizei área de reserva (nem para cadastro e nem para consulta).
3 ★ Realizei uma reclamação via e-mail e pelo app, fui atendida em poucas horas e o problema solucionado. Excelente atendimento ao usuário. Quanto ao app, me parece prático e fácil de usarmos .
1 ★ Inútil. Impossível pagar pois da erros. Mesma coisa no site onde até dá um erro 500 de servidor. Uma vergonha
1 ★ O App solicita a atualização do e-mail do cadastro, mas não desbloqueia o campo para edição.
1 ★ Eu já tenho uma senha para desbloquear o celular. Para que raios o aplicativo precisa que eu informe uma nova senha? E ainda disponibilizam a opção de usar um padrão achando que assim fica mais fácil. Vocês estão oferecendo um aplicativo e não uma página na internet. EDIT: Acabei de ler o edital sobre aplicativos de Zona Azul elaborado pela CET, inclusive no que tange as qualidades técnicas da implantação e responsabilidades. O que o documento diz é que devem existir mecanismos de segurança e que devem ser utilizados protocolos seguros, não que vocês tem que criar um mecanismo redundante, mal feito, que despreza as facilidades de segurança já existentes no aparelho. Se esse é o argumento de vocês, então vocês falharam mais uma vez.
