5 ★ Very simple and free! I truly did not know a single line of JS when I got Grasshopper! Now I'm the only one in my family who codes and thinks it's cool. Grasshopper is a quick way to become a genius! If you've ever considered coding, get this app! It is most certainly worth it!edit: I finished the course a while ago now and it's really helped. A good app and a love the code playground except for one thing. It's slow. For those of you who rated less than five, I suggest you not give up.

5 ★ I love this app. I wish I found this when I was at college, would have made the course much more enjoyable. Keep up the great work

5 ★ A very simple, engaging, exciting, and easy to use tutorial

2 ★ Like other reviewers, I too got stuck (in the Backpack lesson). I checked and attempted to apply lessons from the support forum, but to no avail. The app should, after a few attempts, guide you through with more helpful hints, then let you pass. It is the ET game of apps! Otherwise it is way too cumbersome, the opposite of what an app promises. I also do not like the UI, going up for progress. Prior review: Love this app! Fun and easy interface and I actually seem to be learning too. Thank you.

5 ★ I adore this app I'm learning so much. I have one suggestion though, I keep starting over mainly because we don't practice enough so I tend to forget how to do things. On the upside it's just as much fun each time through (I'm on third or fourth?) and I get further each time so I think you just need to maybe add in some extra practice levels to make sure people don't forget. Otherwise I've learned more from this than anything else and I love that I can switch between my phone and my computer

3 ★ Good for beginners, but despite choosing the advanced user options on the first questions it goes painfully slow through every lesson and you can't skip ahead. I'm done with it.

3 ★ There is no way to add color keyword inside pickRandom() function in code playground.

5 ★ It's a easy, enjoyable, app and I am just starting my journey and I hope this app helps me in my future career. I would recommend this to you reading this since it is easy and simple it helps to learn how to code and to know the language of computers. 🌟 🌟 🌟🌟🌟

5 ★ Very user friendly, great for beginners to coding, and very fun.

4 ★ So far I love it I haven't gotten far but I'm interested to see if I'll actually absorb it without fully typing the code. I will up to 5 stars when I'm finished or I feel it suits my learning style. So far I've gone through 2 levels and have found 2 typos though it makes me cringe but I do like the simple coding games so I'll try to finish the JavaScript lesson.

5 ★ Best application for coding it just awesome, it took easy concepts to learn and i was really loved to solve their puzzles and lot of mind thrilling questions are there given who love coding i suggest this app because its free you guys don't waste your money on online class or more this is the best app for coding........ Thank you grasshopper......

5 ★ This is really helping and awesome!! Despite knowing basics of coding i started with the beginner level to see how things workout and to my surprise it really is amazing!! It even has a reminder that tells me everyday and reminds me to code even if i forget! Great job google! Looking forward to complete this and get the certificate

4 ★ It covers the basics, which is awesome, but sometimes the code examples are difficult to understand cuz, they only focus in the topic you are learning and it doesn't tell you anything about what the others (functions, arrays, variables) are, do, or contain

3 ★ Nice attempt at a coding tutorial. I'm an experienced software engineer and thought the app did a good job of teaching basic concepts, but when I watched a smart, albeit non-technical, friend trying the app, they had questions about the code that I took for granted. E.g: * They had to clarify names of variables are just names and don't otherwise impact the code * some exercises name a variable `x`, they got confused with algebra * They could complete puzzles by rote, without "getting it"

4 ★ Great, maybe so dummy in some examples and exercises. Should be more challenging and also had the option of just write the answers, instead of selecting it.
