Allows an application to receive the ACTION_BOOT_COMPLETED that is broadcast after the system finishes booting.
Permission an application must hold in order to use ACTION_REQUEST_IGNORE_BATTERY_OPTIMIZATIONS.
Allows an application to call killBackgroundProcesses(String].
Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.

1 ★ Useless app. Doesn't stop any background apps on my phone. When an app doesn't work first time and everytime on my phone, it quickly gets Un installed. Life is too short too muck around with rubbish apps.
