By downloading and installing this app you will automatically become a member of our new membership program (for free!) which allows you to benefit from an automatic discount on our hotel rooms (when you book using this app), food and beverages, preferential treatment regarding room selection and other benefits.

1 ★ Can not register or sign in to the app. It won't allow me to register using my email, recommended me to register using google button. But when I clicked the google button, it said that it couldn't access my profile. Why would you make the register process so difficult??
4 ★ Apps didn't work and always crash..... Can't update the profile, can't book a hotel, can't show the check in status & can't show the check in history... Update 1 Nov 2019 : Thank you, the apps is good now
1 ★ I was previously able to sign in, get my id number and everything. But when I was trying to open the check in menu, I was signed out and cannot sign back in. I had such a high hope.
1 ★ This app doesn't register your staying history as an Archipelago member. I've tried several.bookings with this app, but only 3 recorded... and it's manually by the hotel staffs. Weird app for an Archipelago member.
5 ★ Easy to search hotels and make a booking. The chat feature helps a lot if you want to communicate with hotel's reception.
2 ★ I tried to register the mebership. But after i tried to activate, the membership no. Came up 0000000 meanwhile i need to put the no for my web booking. Already uninstalled n reinstalled but cannot update my preference and the membership number still 00000000
4 ★ Its a good app, easy to use, cheapest than any other similar apps. One complain is I can't retrieve my existing booking data or booking history. So I have to screenshot it to have a booking data.
1 ★ Can't log in correctly. Cannot update personal info as well. Please fix your app. Problem for IOS and Android too.

1 ★ Apparently if you do the booking from third party sites, you can't use the membership. Staying for weeks in one of the hotel chains, but can't get the benefits at all.
1 ★ Can't use Google's or Facebook sign on. When you try to register it recommends Google sign on.. hahaha.
