3 ★ Finally has mobile ordering, but no discounts, coupons, or reward program. Also no option to use any kind of printed coupon.

1 ★ Online ordering doesn't work right..can't change options, no login? Not sure it's ready even though it says it is. Can't figure it out.

1 ★ What is the point of this app?? They never have any deals. No points for purchases. All u see is "there are no offers available at this moment" which seems to be a heck of a lot of moments. They say check back soon which never comes. U have much better offers from other fast food apps like Wendy's, Chick fil a, burger King, and those are daily. This app blows.

1 ★ ATTN!! Another wake-up alarm for Everyone! I have called cust. svc several times in the last couple of months, to ask why the app NEVER has any Offers_ no answers or follow up, + just read over a week ago that 1/5 of the beef supply is gone, due to whatever of the many lies that are continuing to be used on the world; Just spoke to one of the few stores still remaining open, and the mgr claims the 'frequent buyer app' is being used? I'm going to look into that more... -5F *

1 ★ Like everyone else, I find this useless. There are never any offers, and I can Google nearby stores. Ironically I'd get better results doing that too, since the app continues to show a store that closed a year ago as an active store, whereas google has it correctly marked as permanently closed. The fact that this app exists baffles me.

2 ★ Basically just a store finder and advertising. Even when there are actually "deals" (like 5 for $10 or 2 for $6) or if coupons have been mailed /in newspapers recently, the app will tell you there are currently NO DEALS. Can't place an order through it either. So if you already know where your local stores are, you won't find any use for the app. What a waste....

1 ★ Agree with most other RECENT reviews. This app does nothing but list nutritional values of menu items and find location. How can a great place like Arbys not have a functioning mobile ordering app? How can the average review still be 4.4? I figured I'd better add my rating of 1 to try to bring that average down closer to where it belongs.

1 ★ Wish I would have read the reviews before downloading this app. The only reason I download restaurant apps is to order ahead so that I can just go to the drive up and pick up my food. The app only gives you a look at the menu and gives you the nutritional information. They need to get with the times on this app.

1 ★ I give the app 1 star because what's the point in having the app when they don't have coupons. it's only public deals which is usually none or one posted. You can't order food either and it doesn't show you how much anything cost. It's basically a menu app that's useless.

1 ★ I dont understand the purpose of this app. It doesnt offer mobile ordering, there are no deals/discounts/coupons, and even the ingredient lists are incomplete. Might check it a couple more times. But, no deals this upcoming week=no more app. And, if/when my storage runs low (as it often is), this app is, without a doubt, the 1st to go. Again, I would LOVE a company explanation for the purpose of this seemingly useless app. 2 wks later? Still ZERO offers. Still no way to order online. Deleted.

1 ★ In case you're wondering, in May of 2021 this app is still basically useless as it ONLY tells you the locations and shows the menu items, just like the website or Google Maps will do for you. You can't order on it and it always says "no deals are available" even when the website has deals so it truly is MEANINGLESS for 99% of the people that would get it. Covid has been around for well over a year and every competing fast food joint has a functioning app for mobile orders, not sure what the heck they are waiting on...

1 ★ No point to downloading this app. The only thing you can do with it is view their menu, which you can just do from the website. You can't submit an order from it, or view pricing and there are no "offers" or rewards in the app. I'm not even sure why they created this app other than to be able to say "yeah, we have an app like all other fast food restaurants." Don't download this. It will just be a waste of space on your phone.

1 ★ This app is a joke, It is not helpful at all. You can get a more detailed idea of what the menu items consist of nutritionally, You can occasionally get coupons, and it can show you where the nearest store is. A quick Google search can also do all of these things.

1 ★ What a great reminder of simpler times when ordering online wasn't even a thing yet. And no special offers on the app. But if I buy the physical Sunday newspaper, I can clip coupons and use those when I go to the actual restaurant to order. I thought it was 2021, but it is decidedly 1985. Thanks Arby's for the trip to yesteryear.
