Saeed bin Muhammad Al-Kamili, (born 1392 AH - 1972 AD, Rabat) is a modern jurist and Moroccan preacher.

His scientific qualifications

He received his secondary and preparatory education in both the Dar Al Salam and Moulay Youssef high schools in Rabat, then he obtained a master's degree in management and management of tourism companies from the International Higher Institute of Tourism in Tangier. He joined the Mohammed V University in Rabat, where he obtained a certificate of internationalism. Then he obtained a master's degree, his thesis in which is printed under the title - Legal provisions in air travel -, and he obtained a doctorate: with a thesis under the title: Contemporary Ijtihad and Human Problems, in the presence of the scholar Farouk Hamada.

His upbringing and sheikhdom

Memorizing the Qur’an, and for six years he was keen to go to Marrakesh every week with Sheikh Abdul Rahim Nabulsi until he approved it in the ten readings, and he also memorized many texts in grammar, morphology, jurisprudence, hadith, readings, logic and literature. The sheikh studied a group of scholars in Morocco as well as in the Levant, including the scholar Dr. Farouk Hamadeh, the professor, the writer, the jurist Muhammad al-Rooki, and the literary Sheikh, the poet, Mustafa al-Najjar. The sheikh had several trips to the scholars of Chinguetti in Mauritania, and there he met Sheikh Muhammad Salem Ould Abdel Wadud and Sheikh Ahmed Ould al-Murabit ', and he was a student at the hands of Sheikh Muhammad al-Hassan al-Diddo, who authorized him in al-Muwatta with my novels Yahya bin Yahya al-Laithi and Abu Musab al-Zahri, and he also authorized him in the six books and the millennium al-Iraqi Al-Faseeh regulated Ibn al-Marhal and other narrations, and permitted him a public license in all that he may narrate. He also traveled to Egypt and met with a number of Al-Azhar scholars and attended some of their lessons, then he traveled to the land of the Two Holy Mosques and met there with a group of scholars, including Sheikh Attiyah Salem, Sheikh Abdul Mohsen Al-Abad, Sheikh Muhammad bin Muhammad Al-Mukhtar Al-Shanqeeti, Sheikh Muhammad bin Saleh bin Uthaymeen and others.

His scientific activity

Said Al-Kamali taught at the University of Mohammed V in Rabat, at the Faculty of Arts and Humanities, Islamic Studies Division, and his lessons were in jurisprudence, hadith, inheritance, grammar, fundamentals and literature. He oversees the chair of Imam Malik at the Sunnah Mosque in Rabat, in which he explains the Muwatta of Imam Malik on Friday every week between the two evening prayers, and also delivers the Friday sermon at the Green March mosque in the Yaqoub Mansour district in Rabat.

Of his words

He said: Do not be like the people of Moses, do not leave working with knowledge to work with something else, for knowledge is manna and quail, and others are onions and leeks.

He said: What is the benefit of the supplication of the supplicant if the good is given to you while you reject him? I do not tell you that you deliberately reject him, you reject him with composure, but you reject him against his will, and is such a neglected? I say to them: Everything that does not make the Qur’an a basis for it is something that is neglected, for it is something without blessing, and it is not conceivable of benefit.

He said: Whoever wants to be remembered by God among the winners, among the successful, among the servants of the Most Merciful, God Almighty is out of His mercy, but from His mercy is that he did that and did not leave him to interpret the deceitful ones or to the suspects’s assumptions.

He said: Creation without knowledge does not harm its owner, and knowledge without creation harms its owner and harms people.

He said: Everyone whose identity is absent from him, let him look at the Book of God, he will find it in it.

He said: The wisdom is to put the thing in its place, put the hardness in its place and put the softness in its place.

He said:

And he lowered his voice, then closed his gaze ... is the dignity they have in the months
