Description
* There are 5 Sounds to meditate.
* Volume adjustment
* Just tap the mandala to start or pause the sound.
* Customize the App by swapping the images.
Tip to meditate:
Close your eyes and focus on the sound, try not to think and not create mental images. If even some intrusive thought is in the way, do it softly "hummmm ..." this helps to disperse it and keep a free mind. Just meditate for at least one minute to feel more rested as if you had just woken up from a sleep.
