Users can easily add various values with the standard conveyor belt design process.

Users can choose a standard width of the belt from 500 mm to 2400 mm and fill the design value specified by the app.
The user can select the standard belt width from 500 mm to 2400 mm and input values and then they can check the results for works in the next step.
The app can help you to get an answer about
1.Belt tension.
2. Torque for drive pulley.
3.Capacity
4.Drive pulley RPM
5. Drive power for drive pulley.
6.Belt velocity.
7.Area of cross-section of the conveyed material on the belt.
8.Gearbox ratio.
9.Bulk density.
10.Belt width.
11.Length of the conveyor.
12.Units converter.
** Warning !! The result of relative balance with belt width (User select) **
And the limit of "ROCK CONVEYOR Lite" version is
1. Calculation for the length of the conveyor up to 200 m
2. Flat belt support and 3 rollers troughing set.
3. Use SI Unit only
4. Cannot show the pulleys shaft size calculation.
5. Cannot show the detail of the belt (e.g. No.of ply, Type, Thickness, etc)
6. Cannot save the answer to your devices. (You can manual save by snapshot)
ROCK CONVEYOR Lite have enough features for the normal user.
If you need to calculate the "Roller set angle" to 0
If your conveyor is inclined up you must input + value (e.g. 1, 2, ...)
Further, if conveying down you can input - value (e.g.-1, -2, -...)
And if the conveyor is horizontal you can input 0 (zero) in "inclined angle" text box.
