1 ★ BUYER BEWARE-RIP-OFF COMPANY. Unfortunately this app did not work. Regardless of every interventions for their support team, it still does not allow customer app user the ability to complete the phone number verification process in order to receive notifications such as sales. Additionally, their satisfaction guarantee is not what it claims to be. After 2 weeks trying to address the problem, I canceled my account. Apps Village still charged me after the cancellation. I reached out to the CEO Max Bluvand to address this matter and as of a week later still no refund! I will be filing a formal complaint with all platforms this app is sold on and filing a formal complaint with BBB
2 ★ The videos from my Facebook page won't play. Uninstalled & re-installed the app was hoping it was a glitch. 1st day with the app. Tried to contact customer service/tech support received an automated message, 3 day turnaround for a response. Just Horrible

1 ★ This APP is really bad...worst. Downloaded this app as a trial 7 days and deleted but they withdrawing from my PayPal acc. A$261.94 without any payment notice. Be careful if u don't want to lose money....my feel is this app kinds of "SWINDLE".....If someone can see my review, it's LUCKY. Definitely, I do not recommend this app. Worst app.Also,: AppVillage response reg., about my review and said will refund but they did not refund, never. Be careful this App, it's bad, seriously. I want ZERO Star! Very hate this App.
3 ★ It's nice but the chat function could be more modern, and is very delayed. You need to refresh on both sides if you want to see new messages. It would also be nice if pressing 'enter' in a chat doesn't mean 'Send the message', but serves as a space bar instead. Would also be great if you could send files via the chat function. Would also be nice if you could give a choice between making your app "service orientated" and not just "product oriented", because some of us sells services.
1 ★ Very bad I'm not even familiar with this app just going though and just filled my debit card info and without my permission or opt they have deducted the amount. Refund my amount i haven't even used this app. 😡😡
1 ★ i am horrified by your billing service!! 40 dollars was billedo off my account when it ahould have only been 19.99 dollars. Then 2 days later Appsvillage is trying to take another 19.99 dollars off my account. Then the next day they try again!! what kind of service is this that you run! your billing procedure is terrible and you have put me off completely as to how you have handled things! Shocking!!!
1 ★ The app is not working. I have unistalled it and reinstalled it still not working. I have tried to edit the templates and it tells me the app is not responding and closes every time I try. Before they made changes and updates the app was working fine. Now with the new features and updates it doesn't work. I hate to cancel this app being that I have 100 plus subscribers, but the bugs need to be fix. And the tech support hasn't done anything but tell me to uninstall and reinstall the app.
1 ★ worst experience ever. can't even log in let alone do anything else. I dont even know how im going to cancel my subscription because its a waste of money to me. If my subscription was cancelled then how come I'm receiving a mail of failure to subscribe today. If i had cash in my account now it would have been deducted for nothing.

Imagine threatening to unsubscribe mr from your App I never used,I never benefited from,you trickishless withdrew my money and when I tried removing my card,you threatened termination of the access I had to keep looking at the app that swindled me of a 6 month subscription of no service rendered. You must be out of your mind if you waste time in unsubscribing me. Keep with to take another money from my card . God punish you people.
