One in eight women will be diagnosed with breast cancer in their lifetime and early detection remains a huge predictor of outcome. Knowing your personal risk and what you should be doing to monitor for breast cancer is taking control of your future.
My Breast Friend is here to help you understand your risk for developing breast cancer by incorporating well-known risk factors and making it your own personal tool. It includes the newly popularized breast density as well as discusses breast implants and male breast cancer. Once your risk has been calculated it gives possible recommendations that may be made by your health care provider enabling you to ask questions before your appointment.
