1 ★ i have a physical card. i hope this app and the card can be linked. or they should have use the app to scan physical card and receipt so we dont have to bother the cashier
1 ★ They don't care about snapping. Even tablets are working since it takes a lot of time to snap using tablets they always lie to me. I have my receipts collected for 4 months without snapping a single one.
2 ★ Family mart, most of your stores don't have the QR code scanner, or the tablet's battery is being charged, or the store's staff don't know what to do. I've bought many items and could have earned a lot of points already. At least make your app allow us to scan the QR code on the receipt, then your app will be useful.
3 ★ UPDATE: Receipts are indeed being snapped and will be reflected in your account, just be patient with it. You can also check your history thru the familymartsnap.appsolutely.ph website. Hoping to redeem the umbrella or the mug soon.
1 ★ Bought the snap card. Family Mart is our go to place. However, since last week none of my snaps updated. I don't know if the employees know how to do it. Can you just add that feature to the app so we can scan our own receipt?

1 ★ I think this application could be more sensible and convenient if you could input your card details, scan receipts, limitless expiry of snap points, and even inquire the balances of your card. Having this application can only offer you new card code and its relevant transactions but revert still your account progresses back to zero snap points. Thus by acquiring the card perse makes it useless, such fraudulent acts.
