3 ★ Sulit login karena keyboard tidak bisa diketik. Berulang kali otomatis tertutup. Setelah berhasil login, keyboardnya mengalami masalah yang sama, jadi sulit search. Harus diakali dengan copas, setelah berhasil copas, entah bagaimana keyboardnya bisa digunakan.
3 ★ Aplikasinya masih sering error, layarnya hitam dan kalau pinjam koran kadang harus unduh lagi

1 ★ Saya gak bisa login. Udah minta reset, dikasih user dan password baru, tapi dibilangnya "You cannot access this resource with the provided credential." Tanya ke bagian Halo SDM BCA, disuruh unregister device lama. Tapi di aplikasinya aja gak ada pilihan itu. Cuma opsi login dan reset password. Minta solusinya dong!
