Description
Eye Care protects and relaxes the eyes by providing a filter that reduces the blue light emanating from phone screen. It also provides a timer that notifies on overuse of phone screen. With the help of timer, you can follow the 20-20-20 rule which states that every 20 minutes, take a 20-second break and focus your eyes on something at least 20 feet away.

Allows an app to create windows using the type TYPE_APPLICATION_OVERLAY, shown on top of all other apps.
Allows an application to receive the ACTION_BOOT_COMPLETED that is broadcast after the system finishes booting.
Allows read only access to phone state, including the phone number of the device, current cellular network information, the status of any ongoing calls, and a list of any PhoneAccounts registered on the device.
Allows applications to open network sockets.
Allows applications to access information about networks.
Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.

3 ★ it was a very nice and runed softawre experince and done its job perfevtly without any issues and i had to struggle because the filter was not applicable to the notification panel and its was annoying eventually
