Whos Looking collects location data to provide location of your device in a email to you when a invalid password/passcode is used or you reqeust to find your device from Whos Looking website. Both cases can be when the app is closed or not in use.

4 ★ It's a good app except it wont post resent logins I've tried to turn it off and on its updated. So I dont know how to fix that issue but other than that works well. Once that is fixed 5 stars no problem at all.
