1 ★ This app sucks. After you put the correct information, it still says you entered incorrect username or password. I don't recommend it to anyone. Even if they do fix it, they'll just replace it with an even worse app. I just wish I could give it zero stars. Worse app ever!!!
1 ★ Previous APP was better as it saved your payment information. Now I have to go searching for my purse, find my card, type in info. Not sure why $$$ was spent on developing a new one that takes more effort paying. I never had issues before.
2 ★ I have mixed feelings about the app. I called and complained recently and haven't had any issues yet. It's my 1st time using magic valley and the only reason I use them is because they have Monopoly over my area. I have to give it more time before I can make an actual judgement against them. For now. It's so so. They can be better now for those who said their app is not working I haven't had any issues YET
1 ★ This app is trash, the old one was very simple but worked. I cant even register on this new one. Mind you, I have the prepaid plan because its alot more convenient and now I cant load my account 😒 I know Im near empty, I have small children. I cant believe the app is the issue yall need a beter tech team or whoever is creating this app
1 ★ 2 hours I've been trying to pay my bill and I cant because this new app doesnt recognize the email I usually have neither let's me re register. Absolutely hate it and I'm so frustrated! Let us pay with the other app!
1 ★ We are stuck with this company, we inherited when we bought our house, it has a MVEC meter and the company does not allow other electric companies to use their meter. We have a pre-paid plan with MVEC, meaning, we don't get a monthly bill via mail, we use the app to view the account and make payments. Once the precious app was out, it was hassle to obtain the account info and to register. Every time u access this new app, it asks permission to allow notifications and it's a slow app.
5 ★ At first wasnt really understanding the whole new app but once i went and checked out the video on the website totally understood like it was quick and easy. If yall having a hard time check out the website video its a step by step
1 ★ Was very happy with old app. This app is hatd to log into and doesnot save my payment informatin. I also cant view my past payments. The only change is harder login less important information, more useless information. Waste of moneyon MVEC part.
1 ★ It keeps telling me my password is incorrect I've reset it 3 times and I'm still getting the same error. Extremely frustrating when all I'm trying to do is pay my bill. 😤
1 ★ Completely ruined. I tried to pay my bill and it says "DECLINED - SUSPECTED FRUAD - SUSPECTED FRAUD." like I've been using my card for ages to pay the bills and now it won't let me! Please fix it. I preferred the old app than this broken coded app. Now I'm scared to use my card here to pay the bills :(
1 ★ I used the old app for several years without any issues. Now the new app launches and it wont open at all. Ive uninstalled it and reinstalled, and still it wont open. Way to make my life harder by disabling the old app before the new one works.
1 ★ Does not work, i downloaded the app but it does not open. It automatically closes out. Very inconvenient for prepaid service.
5 ★ Ppl. I know new update. But pls go to magicvalley.coop amd register from a browser. Get your account # from a statement. For registration ur acct # is all the digits without the dash. For ur member # its the numbers before the dash. Once you do that and get the email the rest is papitas. I know its frustrating. But the app aint bad.
1 ★ Worst app ever. The old app was working flawlessly. Why do they always have to messed up something that works fine? I can even sign up for this.. trash. I can't give zero stars otherwise i would.
5 ★ Great effin app!!! Valle dude here. I've never left a comment for an app. But dang I felt like I had to with that gacho low rating I saw when I first was trying to DL it. I had trouble because I didn't read one instruction that was very visible. Just ignorance. Once I realized the direction was right in front of me it was smooth af. I was paid and registered in under 5. Read cabrones
