1 ★ So in order to color I need to grant access to my pictures...that doesn't make sense! Deleting.

5 ★ I absolutely love this concept! I'm new to this type of app altogether, but have come to love it. While the initial android release has a limited number of colors/palates, I do understand there will be a vast array coming shortly with the new update. The variety of images run from simple to complex, and all celebrating the magic of melanin! My phone screen is a little small, so it can get a bit precarious trying to expand the image and change colors without altering the selections you've already made. I plan to try this on my tablet with a stylus to see if that helps. I look forward to the update!
1 ★ I just downloaded it. I love the photos being used. Love the color palettes as well. But in the past 30 minutes of coloring I have had to force reboot my phone twice because of freezing. The picture I am doing is coming together beautifully. It's coming out gorgeous and I do feel relief when I use it, but, unfortunately, I may have to uninstall the app. :(
2 ★ Love that there's plenty of melanated images to choose from. I think it would be even better if there was a way to "lock in" a color. It's more frustrating than relaxing when you go to click on a small area and it doesn't take or it turns the area around it that color. Then you have to stop and "undo" it before moving on. Sometimes the colors stay put, then other times the color on the picture will change if you click on a new color. Love the freedom to choose colors, just wish they would stick.
4 ★ Love this App, but wish it was a paint- by-number. It's easier applying the colors and the colors "stick" to any given particular area you're painting with the already 'preset' paint-by-number. It's 5 star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐because of the beautiful great sketches, but I gave it 4 stars because I prefer paint-by-number. Going to search to see if these great artists designed it in an app that comes that way. I hope so🤞🏾
3 ★ Good Start. However, I think that if it were paint by number where the colors are already chosen; it would be more efficient and enjoyable. It is very difficult to choose the small details. And having to scroll to find the colors is challenging. I do like the fact that you can choose different skin tones but the set up is just too difficult to enjoy. Also, I understand that money has to be made but the subscription service will hinder profit (just too steep). If you focus on Ads you will grow.
3 ★ Great images celebrating black culture. It takes a while to open up, though. When it does open, it immediately shuts down my music player, which is odd since there's no ad playing. Also, the app freezes when I'm trying to expand a picture to color in details. I reopened the app twice. One picture I was coloring disappeared completely, and I lost my progress on the other. I wish there was a way for in-progress images to be saved. I'll probably wait until these issues are resolved to play again.
5 ★ I love coloring! I have a lot of coloring apps and books. I'm always looking for my image and could find few to none. I'm so excited that you created this one. You have the best color palettes I've ever seen. I like how I can tap to color and tap to remove color-- please keep this feature. I'm looking forward to see where you take this. THANK YOU!!
3 ★ I like the concept but it's difficult to color in detail. Sometimes when choosing a new color from the palette, a section of the illustration changes or loses the color it already had. Some sections won't fill in at all and the next screen is non-responsive to clicks. Looking forward to the next update. Sugg: Better palette collection, fix bugs for detailed fill-ins, section locking- via pop-up tool or some sort, and I'll have more when I can get to the next pages of the app.
1 ★ I quickly grew fed up with this app upon launching it. There is a pop up that keeps coming up saying i can color a particular picture if I watch the ad. Fair enough and noted, but why keep popping up after i have exited the pop up every 10 seconds or so? I couldn't even browse through the pictures to see what was available due to this pop up. I shut the app down and relaunched it and it did the same still. I won't be using it until another update is released.
1 ★ I am so grateful for an app that includes people of color. However "coloring" is similar to a makeup app. You choose the colors, like the skin tone or clothing. The colors are not provided and you are left trying to figure it out on your own. Also, this app is not user friendly and you must subscribe to "unlock" all of the pictures or watch an ad to color one pic. I understand the need to cut costs but this is irritating. Uninstalling...
