1 ★ Worst app ever.. I'm a restaurant owner I tried attaching my restaurant. They don't respond on time. They reply once in 15 days after sending lots of mail. Even after that. Area manger said... We don't pick up from vikhroli but many of the restaurants are on zomato. And he asked for 25 thousand rupees. To add on zomato and give riders. As other restaurant do. What a business.. I will file complain on consumer forum
1 ★ Zomato you are really very worst in customer service. I personally mail you lots of time and even I get to touch with some of your team members but still not getting any response from them. You are very very worst in customer service. And don't just reply me as a sorry and you understand. Better work on your team and with your services.
1 ★ Worst application. It keeps saying something went wrong. Neither you people updated correct location nor you are giving me access to update menu or add images. And when I opened ticket using the zomato partner app the tickets were getting closed stating that the email that was used was not an registered email however I am getting all the emails about the order on the same email. This is insane. Pathetic services by zomato.

1 ★ Desi Khaat order online customer page shows many times on entire day ( Desi Khaat not accepting order ) Many customer call us & told this issue. Desi Khaat restaurant is online but they can't add cart order our restaurant.
1 ★ Worst app ever saw. Starting from day one it says only "something went wrong". Neither you updated my menu nor letting me to do it. Very sorry to say but didnt expect such a cheap app from a reputed company.
3 ★ While the app enables Restaurant to fix a minimum order value to avail discount but there is no provision to give a ceiling of maximum amount of discount that can be availed by a Restaurant. Please enable that.
