3 ★ Not working well.... I can't able to update cover photo of my outlet... I had already raised tickets about 3-4 issue... But not solved yet.... Consider these drawbacks and fix it asap..

1 ★ From 2 to 3 days in the app customer complaint received tag is doing misbehave there is no way to decline the refund there is only way to get off this problem is give refund to customer. Than why don't we will serve all the food in free, reducules

1 ★ We have raised couple of requests to provide access to desktop dash board. But there was no response on this. It puts your partners into trouble. Very Very delayed service

1 ★ After lock down when i go to online my restaurant menu is not visible in online ordering Page after ticket raise it will clear often 17days same problem report only 3 items visible in online ordering Page there is no response from customer care services 😭😭😡😡😡

1 ★ Worst service from zomato, not getting any support by raising ticket or doing e-mails, i need to edit my menu, don't let me do it from app, not getting any web dashboard access

4 ★ Worest every time there automatically offline mode my outlet i hate this service. And there mention corrently delivery is not available. Then you close the entaire delivery service no why you people are blaming.A restaurant partners.

5 ★ Whenever your representative are calling me even if I don't know their number it is always being reported spam and I am unable to receive it and when I call one robotic sounds appear and say your call is being connected and no representative receive the call

1 ★ After lockdown when I go to online my restaurant then i don't get any single order in whole day in week I think I quit the buissness with zomato because of there is no response after raising the lots of tickets. Swiggy is best option for buissness.

4 ★ I used this app and its very nice but one thing is not good in this app is that it cant edit your menu item and secondly i also face problem in editing while using in laptop also it gives instruction that contact your POC. KINDLY RESOLVE MY ISSUE.

1 ★ Auto app function is pathetic Even if you are on phone calls it keeps notifies and don't have owner and manager mode where we can keep order notification off. Zomato you should really work on this like swiggy

July 9, the day is completely over but till now there is no response from your side.We told you to bring our restaurant live as soon as possible.But you guys said that you will get a call for training purpose but till now no call has come.please take this matter seriously.I went to zomato office but i was told that work from home is happening.So tell me how will my problem be solved. 1 ★ Hi I own a bakery near my area I had tie up with u zomato recently at starting zomato app shown my restaurant in but later days go on I can't even find my restaurant name in app when I was online in restaurant partner app i have noticed that my restaurant not visible at business hours from 2 o'clock to evening 7 pm aftr that I can see my restaurant in zomato it has been going on since past 6 to 8 days.

4 ★ Since zomato lauched their few self help features on it's restaurant partner app, things beacame quite handy. Beacuse zomato's account managers and their reporting managers are good for nothing.

1 ★ My restorent outlet showing offline,it past more than 3 month, many time I have raised this issue, but still this issue is not resolved. Here not available customer care number to contact, now I m genuinely tired having this issue I have send KYC FORM AND PAN CARD also for verification but still pending... Kindly solve this issue asap.... Thank you

1 ★ My restaurant page is showing offline to customers and even i have checked many times. I have formatted my phone and install only Zomato restaurant app but problem still the same. Zomato restaurant app it will show as online but for customers offline, same thing is happening from past 2 months and I have mail the issue but no response from Zomato and i have spoken with mekala Akash, he is also not solving the issue and now he is not responding to calls also.
