And now, with APPIX ANYWHERE, we augment live remote events, virtual conferences and other live streams or broadcasts to audiences, wherever they are!
NO DATA OR WI-FI REQUIRED & YOUR PRIVACY ASSURED
At a live event site, APPIX doesn’t require any cellular data or Wi-Fi. Just download the app, select your event, make sure Bluetooth and notifications are enabled and we’ll let you know when a moment is about to begin by prompting your smartphone in real-time.
Your phone does not pair over Bluetooth, so no personal information is ever sent from your phone and NO sign up or login is required.

App permissions
APPIX 2.9.7 APK requires following permissions:
Allows access to the vibrator.
Allows applications to open network sockets.
Allows an application to write to external storage.
Allows an app to access precise location.
Allows an app to access approximate location.
Required to be able to access the camera device.
Allows applications to connect to paired bluetooth devices.
Allows applications to discover and pair bluetooth devices.
Allows applications to access information about networks.
Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.
Allows an application to receive the ACTION_BOOT_COMPLETED that is broadcast after the system finishes booting.
Allows an application to read from external storage.

1 ★ The event experience itself (after I downloaded the app) would not load. While it was attempting to load, it sucked about 15-20% of my battery juice. That wouldn't have necessarily been a bad thing if the experience loaded & I was able to "play along" when prompted. Instead, it was a disappointing no go.
2 ★ I downloaded the app prior to going to the Jacksonville, FL show. I followed all of the instructions, and only had the screen telling me to wait and to invite my neighbors to download it, too. Midway through the show, during another group's act, I quit using it and uninstalled it. It looked like some others lower in the arena were able to use the app, but those of us on the third level were left out.
1 ★ Horribly disappointing!! I pre downloaded this before my Jacksonville, Fl NKOTB concert. Didn't ever work the entire time for me. My best friend couldn't even get it to download all the way. We have been looking for to this concert since we were kids. We were excited to try this out during the show to participate more. I made sure my bluetooth was in and even tried restarting my phone. Such a bummer.
1 ★ was told to download at the New Kids concert while waiting for the concert to start. 1) it was a huge file and took forever to download 2) service was terrible in the venue so connected to the wifi but when you have 10s of thousands of fans also trying to download the same huge app on the same wifi network is no good. 3) once installed, it kept asking me to enter and download new content, each time I opened it thus taking precious battery. So I have no idea what it was supposed to show/do
2 ★ Was excited to use the app. Didn't work on my android Samsung s8 during a June 2019 concert. I got the notifications during the concert but the screen was blank EVERY time. Useless app. Worked for iphone users. Will be uninstalling. Will give the company time to make this work for android and try again for a future concert.
5 ★ Great app. It really adds to an already awewome experience (like a concert or a sporting event), and you don't even have to be connected to a network. It'll be cool to see how this app develops and gains users, as the sky's the limit. This is some epic stuff.
1 ★ I downloaded Appix a day before the Denver NKOTB concert. It took multiple tries to download successfully. At the concert, the app refused to work properly. Upon opening, it got stuck on the first ad- wanting me to schedule an appointment with the Red Cross before continuing to the concert. After restarting my phone, I was able to get past the ad and access the show. Unfortunately, the Appix experience only worked once before causing my phone to freeze. Frustrating and disappointing.
1 ★ it took forever to download the app. I was on wifi with perfect signal. whenever I tried to get into the app after it finally downloaded, my phone kept freezing. I sent an email to support and got no response back.
2 ★ Eh ...I dl'd for the NKOTB tour in SLC. I was expecting more than just something that turned on my flashlight. & Every time I wanted to use it, I had to close my camera app that was annoying. Ended up just being easier to turn my phone light on if I wanted to. 🤷
5 ★ I downloaded this app to get into the Live experience at The NKOTB Mix Tape Tour. However, my app didn't work, I believe I didn't turn on my Bluetooth. The next day I submitted feedback. I got an apology from the CEO James B. He really showed interest about what went wrong with the app and how to fix the issue. He even offered me some tour souvenirs. I plan to use this app again for Live experience on my next concert event. Thanks Appix!
2 ★ Kept asking me to download "in-venue content" but since the venue didn't have WiFi, it was estimated to take an hour. I skipped that, but then it never worked for me. Saw some around me using it, though, and it looked pretty cool.
1 ★ I downloaded this app tonight for the NKOTB mixed tape tour. It says bad download content download is invalid. I am going to the concert in Hershey Pa, and the event on the app is for Atlantic city. What could the issue be? I uninstalled it and downloaded it again. same issue.
1 ★ The only thing interactive was the phone would change colors with the different sets. I was too busy trying to set up my phone that I missed Donnie coming down the aisle!!! Do not use this app
1 ★ it took 24 minutes to download. once downloaded, it said there was new content available and to download more! never worked. very poor app.
1 ★ Wow an app that takes forever to download and all it does is make the screen change colors. For the size of the app it is probably spying on us. beware!
