• LOCATION REMINDERS - Need to remember to buy an item or complete a task when you arrive at a certain location? No problem. Drop a pin on that location, Todo Cloud will alert you with the task details when you get there.
• EMAIL TASK CREATION - Log in to the Todo Cloud web client, select settings and copy your custom email address. Then email yourself tasks that are dropped into your Todo Cloud inbox or you can log in to your settings to customize the default location for new tasks.
• SECURE CLOUD SYNC - Todo Cloud sync reliably backs up your data to our secure cloud seamlessly making it available whether you are working on Windows, Mac, Web, iOS or Android.
• SMART LISTS - Create custom lists using filters that organize tasks by any data element in Todo Cloud. Want to see tasks due to 4 weeks and beyond? Want to see tasks assigned to a person? 2 ★ Has been great for a while now, but recently it's been "losing" changes and edits which I make to entries in my checklist. Updated text is not saved when I back out. Update on 10/25/20: still don't see a new version on Play Store even though vendor says they're working on the problem. Seriously going to migrate and delete soon if problems persist. Very annoying!
1 ★ Update. More bugs then ever. Potential is there but for android or windows needs alot of work. New issues with every update and old ones remain. The app has great functions and abilities for my business needs. My only complaint is on my note 9 things are not uploading instantly or not updating and closing tasks when I know that's not the case. Seems like connection issues but I'm always on LTE.
5 ★ Great to have an app that you can use to list everything you have to do in once place. Awesome GTD functionality so you can tick off progress as you get things done.

3 ★ Used this app for GTD for a half a year, starting on iPhone and the native Windows app and switched to Android in the meanwhile. The functionalities are very nice, it does what you need how you need it. The only problem is that it is... very very buggy. It does not sync in the background, only when you tell it to. Sometimes you can't mark a task "done" until you restart your phone. Sometimes it says it marked it as done, but in reality it comes back the next day. At the end we rely our life on our todo app and ToDo Cloud was not reliable enough to do so. Right now I would recommend to avoid it and I do hope, that they will make it more stable. ps: a widget for Android would have been cool!
3 ★ Trying to be as critical as I can here, because I believe this app has potential to be one of the best. some things that need fixing: When choosing a location there is no button to confirm, I just see a back button and I have to choose a location again.; the contact selection screen has a very poor UI compared to the rest of the app and def needs a makeover.; No calendar integration was a disappointment for me- or maybe I don't know how it works. if you fix these I think the app would be great.
4 ★ I Like this app's design and that it helps you be on track and being more productive, but it spends a lot of time on updating tasks page. I like that it has a focus option to put the more important there. In my opinion, this app is great and could be better if a type of reward system is added ( virtual trophy etc ) or motivational phrases while it's loading or in a side to motivate people more and make them want to use the app more. The point is that it stands out in something. Also, the bugs.
5 ★ I love this app. I have "to -do" checklist on a thousand different pieces of paper everywhere. This application keeps my planning organized and my tasks prioritized. I'm very forgetful, so the alerts and reminders are a huge plus. The app will also let you record projects and work that you've finished. Also gives you an option to toss the completed task or keep them. I chose to keep them. (This gives me motivation to keep executing goals.)
5 ★ The app is extremely user friendly and easy to navigate. The ability to assign different levels of priority to the various tasks is an awesome feature and there a number of customizable options for each task including due date, level of importance, and person the task is assigned too. They even give you the option to set reminders for the tasks. Overall this is a very useful app and checks all the boxes for what I'm looking for in a task tracker.
5 ★ I find the app feature-rich and useful. When went through the settings and was impressed with what is offered in the settings. It is user-friendly and allows one to customize the app to their specific needs. The to-do, lists, goals and checklists setup is logical and does not take a lot to comprehend the flow. In this short time of use, I believed it will help me be more organized as I track my projects and measure how effective I am managing my time.
3 ★ All in all, a useful app and the price is not too bad. I use it a lot but it can get quite annoying at times, for example, refreshing the app on a different internet connection will erase your lists, and even when you reconnect it takes a while for them to come back up. Not as great as some others I've tried but still has some neat features.
1 ★ Today the app decided my subscription period had ended; AFAIK I was never subscribed. It then would not close or let me load any other app, see my home screen, app drawer or anything. It behaved like a virus preventing me from using anything else. Even a reboot did not fix the issue. I was locked into the app until I signed out. Very poor coding if this is unintentional.
3 ★ So disheartening. When I was an Apple user, this app rocked. It did everything I wanted. Now that I am an Android use it seems that it only works when it wants. I set reminders and they don't sound. Or I go to review my list after maki9a change so I have to redo the change. If I miss a repeating task, I have to add the reminder again. Works great on my Mac, but I can't carry it in my pocket. I thought after being away things might have changed. But I was wrong.
5 ★ Great app to help organize and remind me of many tasks at hands. I love the option that you can add the start date in addition to due date and the on going tasks also appear in your today's list. It is the element that made me decided to subscribe and continue using the services. As a manager managing many subordinates' assigned tasks, this app really help me catch my thoughts and get things done.
5 ★ I recently returned to this app, having used in on iOS years ago. The functionality on Android was a bit rough and I contacted support. They responded in depth to each of my concerns, and promised a fix for the most disruptive issues on the next release, delivered on that promise, all while offering me a refund of my subscription if I was still unhappy. I stuck it out and am so glad I did. The app improves by leaps and bounds with each update.
