The Federation of Valencian Companies of Social Economy, FEVES - Societats Laborals, is a non-profit business organization that represents the Labor Societies of the Valencian Community. It has an independent, plural and participatory character, and is made up of companies in which the majority of the social capital belongs to the workers.

Among the objectives of FEVES - Societats Laborals is to offer solutions to the problems of companies and their partners, as well as to promote and disseminate this business model where capital and work find their balance.

In addition, FEVES - Societats Laborals maintains a high level of dialogue with the Administrations (Central, Autonomic and Local), which allows it to increase the institutional presence of the Social Economy and successfully defend the interests of the associated Labor Companies.

This application is an initiative in the digital transformation process supported by the Autonomous Administration with the aim of disseminating and promoting employability.

FEVES is a business association that groups the Labor Companies and affiliated companies of the Valencian Community, and whose mission is the promotion, consolidation and defense of this model where capital and work find balance.

We have more than 30 years of experience in the creation of companies, with the aim of supporting new entrepreneurs, with attention to various groups, especially women, young people and over 45 years old, who want to know about the collective self-employment options that make possible the labor societies and the support programs of the General Directorate of Labor, Cooperativism and Social Economy, combined with those of the Ministry of Employment and Social Security of the Government of Spain.
