Allows access to the list of accounts in the Accounts Service.
Allows applications to access information about networks.
Allows an application to read the user's contacts data.
Allows applications to open network sockets.
Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.
Allows an application to receive the ACTION_BOOT_COMPLETED that is broadcast after the system finishes booting.

5 ★ MorseChat is exactly what I needed to learn to send and receive morse code with my father and sister-in-law. It records your transmission, and the recipient can play it back as many times as they want. Also allows you to re-record when you mess up keying something in. The ability to hear other people stumble and mess up is way more helpful than any automated trainer. Thanks, developer!
