1 ★ I am very disappointed, I got a mesage after i click "work this " option, (Placeholder text. Edit this page and add instructions for acquiring tasks in this project, including any preparatory steps needed prior to working) like this, 1.What i need to do for this error ? 2. I am not only the first person to ask this question, i search on google.. so many peoples dont know the solution for this same problem !!
1 ★ i am very unhappy with this app.It is suppose to be compatible with both my Android phone and my desk t.i have it downloaded on both I put in all information for my Appen. It will not open up for me to summit any information I have missed a whole month of projects because it want let me download On computer am unable to open at all On phone it list all projects. It tells me I have no projects i have fillet out tickets on it.i have ask for help on it. The help i get just tells me to download it which i have done i would highly recommend Appen, but not this app. in all fairness to this app if i were given instruction how to use it,it might work for me.The way it is now it is of no benefit to me It needs improvement or I need instructions.Both would b helpful
1 ★ Never worked. Signed up for research project, pin didn't work, and the email said to contact customer service if there were problems. I did, twice, and they never even replied.
1 ★ Keep getting stuck at the App EULA screen and the "Agree" option is not accepted by the app. It loops back to the same EULA screen with the same options again to Accept or Decline. When I declined the app closes - that was the only step that worked other than sign in. Android 9 user.
1 ★ I find it amusing that a software development company has got a terrible built app with so many bugs it filters most of the potential users.
2 ★ Frustrating. I thought I was typing the wrong password, but now I see that I'm not the only one this has happened to. The app keeps telling that my username and password are invalid.
2 ★ When I click apply, a blank screen always shows even tasks that I have qualified for I cant take them or complete qualification process through the app. Again I cannot see any task on the link on my projects current page.
1 ★ My applied projects are not synced though I can see them on my PC. Appen themselves should hire a few handy devs to bring this app out of hell. Both UI and UX sucks while the data syncing is also bad.
1 ★ I'm trying to log into the app, but it keeps saying invalid user identification. However, I used the same login details to successfully login to my desktop. Please resolve urgently
1 ★ I did the task, and always failed to upload!! Try it so many times but it keep failing. Really disappointed with it, just a waste of time
2 ★ I've been able to use the app but I can't upload videos properly, the moment when it's about to complete the upload it gives me an error...
2 ★ Doesn't work. When I click apply, the page just goes blank. Have tried restarting with no success.
1 ★ Slow and unresponsive. I tried submitting my handwriting for a project but the app is so slow that it can not register my strokes properly.

3 ★ Issue with uploading video 1. automatically upload failing 2. Upload speed is too low even I have high speed broadband !
