CarGo app has a lot of great features and services:
If you wish to go somewhere you can choose between our classes: Mini, Eco, or Business. The Mini is pet friendly, the Eco has child seats and hybrid vehicles, and the Business has hybrid and completely electric vehicles.
If you wish to manage your everyday business need, there is a CarGo company account. Today we cooperate with more than 600 companies in Belgrade.
CarGo is also an app with a social mission of providing assistance to children and adults in treatment, medical care, and their recovery in the country and abroad.
Today, CarGo is a leading mobile platform in Serbia that connects more than 1,000,000 people within the CarGo Citizens' Association, a volunteer service, a support center for young talent and much more.

1 ★ I don't know what's wrong with this app in the last 2 weeks but I just can't get a ride! It takes 30-60 min to get accepted! Absolutely terrible and infuriating.
2 ★ Why do you charge the usage of the platform is beyond me. So, they take the money for the ride, which is ubderstandable, but why do I get charged for the app usage? And this is recent, so is there a reason for it?
1 ★ Charging for the app usage is just unbelievable. This makes them way more expensive than taxi. I just think that this is final goodbye to Cargo
1 ★ The app just dont work, timeout errors, try again errors, showing wrong location of a driver/client

2 ★ Application is terrible, you dont have option to select pin on map where to drop you as your final destination. GPS button for current location doesnt work, you have to search on map 5 min to find yself. Personal profile does not exist, or your history. No option to rate the driver, because soon as you close up app, it dissappears. Considering how much money you earn, you should pay two good developers to make it 10x better. Service is good, just big complain how trash application is...
1 ★ Cannot update, cannot get a car even when there are service provider on the map. No in app chat support. I end up using basic BG taxi most days
3 ★ Does not send SMS to verify your account . Fustrating . Error message comes up. Dev team test your releases
1 ★ I'm in Montenegro and I can't sign up with my mtel number because I keep getting "SMS failed" when trying to verify. Can't even start using the app, so I must look for alternatives.
