If the item is not in the same condition as it was when it left our store, it will not be accepted. We will not accept any items that have been ripped/torn/come apart at the seam when trying an item on - this is not a manufacturer defect.

3 ★ It's very limited. Items are not very youthful or trendy. No dresses and it was generally a bit annoying to navigate. As a consumer I'm just left underwhelmed at what they stock and not enticed to buy anything. They need a marketing persin to give this app a makeover. I like the idea behing it and think it could be fantastic, but it isn't.
5 ★ Wonderful store! Prices are better than most so its my go-to. Shop around then come back for better prices and fast ship!

1 ★ App wouldn't open, on 2nd try I got a totally gray screen with only a search line. 😞 NO instructions or explanations on how app works. After guessing different words (top, blouse) NO results. Finally, put in ONE letter & result was a store in Arkansas. (?) Clothes were gaudy & loud. 😝 Not my cup of tea.
2 ★ Won't take back clothes that come apart at the seams? "Not a manufacturer defect"? I never even ordered from them. Sounds like it would be to difficult to return something if there is a problem with it.
