Description
Food additives are substances that are not normally used as an ingredient of a food or normally consumed as food.
Food additives are added at any moment of processing, manufacture, preparation, processing packaging or packaging.
For Muslims the addition of these additives can in some cases cause problems to the extent that some of them are derived from animals (including swine), insects or alcohol.
