1 ★ CCTV was excellence, clear view and audio also good .The CCTV working fine for almost 1 month plus before 360eyes Apps no longer able to connect with camera. We did try all type of connection that is the WiFi ,AP and wired mode. I have 3 CCTV, all won't connect . Succesful once time during troubshooting which we bring the CCTV closer to wifi router, re-try again to confirm but back to its sickness . My wifi connection just installed recently after I bought the CCTV. CCTV ok, wifi ok, APPS K.O.

5 ★ Bought camera for 15 bucks on amazon and for that price it is amazing. The only thing that is a pain is reconnecting to internet everytime. The video quality is freakin amazing for the price. The night vision is sweet too! Love the ability to upload to the cloud.

4 ★ The picture is clear. If you have motion detection on, inside the house, just make sure you're not home, otherwise, it'll just go off all the time. Its a really good camera for the money AND SD card compadible.

1 ★ If someone is having problems recording to the SD card, the "Blue line" in the timeline is not showing, make sure to adjust your time zone and sync it. That's how I fixed it. Sadly I had to discover this trick by my own, support hasn't replied to my emails

3 ★ I have had this camera for two years now, and it has worked fine until I had to change broadband provider, now I'm on 5ghz bandwidth and the camera wont even connect. Any suggestions as I have already contacted the troubleshooting team , with no success.

2 ★ camera does not work when blocked by router from accessing the internet. i cannot afford for the camera to use data when being accessed coz i only have a limited data. camera signal is not reachable when using AP config. Eitherway the AP connection does work cannot enter into the "no internet" field..

1 ★ My father ordered x4 ec73 model of 360 Eye S product. Now Im starting to regret it for not checking the item that hes buying. when Im trying to setup the 4 camra using my android to pc. I figure it out that you can't record simultaneously.. You need to select one camera in your computer to record a live video same on android and you can't use their ip camera using other software app. This is why I hate supporting Chinese made products. 360 EyeS product and their software are garbage. Don't even bother getting yourself into trouble from this.

3 ★ For Android, I have to uninstall and reinstall the app at least every other day because suddenly the camera does not show video and the features such as microphone and sound are gone. It is a real hassle.

3 ★ Not a bad app... But each time I open and use it, then go back to the Home screen I have to Force Stop the app because it freezes.

4 ★ Because the camera is working perfectly but the problem is that if we are checking the camera everyone will know because it blinks fast and we can't look down and up as much as I expected but still it's good😄🙂

3 ★ Would have paid for cloud services and also given five stars if can fast forward during replay. It a pain trying to locate a scene having to sit through the whole process..Thank you.

3 ★ After switching it on, the app goes off after 5 minutes and has to be restarted. Whenever I come out of the app, then also same thing happens 5min after I switch back to the app. Can you please fix this?

4 ★ Picture quality is good,but getting the settings can be difficult at times. Speakers work well an you can clearly understand what is being said. I have three already and ive ordered two more. They are starting to have difficulty staying connected to the serve. One minute one is working and another stops. Then its the other way around in just a couple of minutes. GETTING VERY FRUSTRATED!!!!!

5 ★ The cam is perfect and the recording is so clear even the night vision. All of its functions are operational. Must buy this.

4 ★ The video is clear. The problems are 1. You cannot modify that it will focus on the nearest object when movement is detected. 2. Cloud storage is so expensive. I tried to check if possible to select your own cloud storage but it doesn't have that option. Only the puwell cloud storage. I am now looking for a better CCTV.
