Zulu Waterways 4.3 APK requires following permissions:
Allows an app to access precise location.
Allows applications to open network sockets.
Allows an application to read from external storage.
Allows an application to write to external storage.
Allows an app to access approximate location.
Allows applications to access information about networks.
Allows applications to access information about Wi-Fi networks.
Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.

4 ★ This app has to load all the visible PoI data at startup. If you don't provide the 'location' permission to the app when prompted, you will be loading 1000's of PoI's at startup and the app may hang. May have improved with current version. Apart from that it's a fantastic resource.
