2 ★ Need to be able to view your account balance other wise you will have a zero balance without knowing. Tried topping up my credit and it hasn't registered. What the........ Emailed for help on numerous occasions NO reply. Phoned support services and spoke to a person there. He was going to ring me back in 5 minutes. NEVER did. What if I really needed data or phone??? Pretty useless app and will never use Global data or United Networks again. Too MANY issues

2 ★ 5 day pass 5 days in Berlin and not once did I ever find a WiFi hot-spot with this app. Total waste of time.

5 ★ Had this app while travelling to Europe and it was quite decent. Didn't take a lot of effort to search & connect to hotspots. Coverage is good in major cities. It's not expensive, suitable if you're backpacking.
5 ★ Needed help setting my device up so I used live chat to speak to the support team. They were nice and helpful and explained it can take a few minutes for the device to activate. Worked well in the U.S
