TSRTC Official Online Booking 3.0.6 APK requires following permissions:
Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.
Allows access to the vibrator.
Marker permission for applications that wish to access notification policy.
Allows an application to receive the ACTION_BOOT_COMPLETED that is broadcast after the system finishes booting.
Allows an app to create windows using the type TYPE_APPLICATION_OVERLAY, shown on top of all other apps.
Allows applications to open network sockets.
Allows applications to access information about networks.
Required to be able to access the camera device.

1 ★ WORSTapp.. When I booked tickets for my journey,payment successfully message will appear few minutes later u will receive a message that ur booking is cancelled, money is transferred with in 2 to 14 working days... And website god don't ask about that very slow... I tried three times.. For three times my account has been debitted... But refund message is only two times... Better don't book through TSRTC... ACTUALLY WORST IS SMALL WORD FOR DISGUSTING SERVICE
1 ★ I am not able to login to my account although I am old user my user ID is narsim1967, further I am able to login to desktop application and not able to login to android application as I mentioned the correct login credentials and when I want to use forgot password no SMS is received to my registered number. Also my sincere suggestion is to add bus tracking as it is available in APSRTC such a nice application. How worst is TSRTC my child had booked the ticket given driver number not working 😭
1 ★ I was very good before dusherra , after dusherra when I want to book ticket , it is always redirecting to error page when trying to do payment .... It is good when we try to book in browser , payment is ongoing ... Problem is in app only . Please take care of it . If we book ticket in browser , tracking vajra service is not available ... Tracking is available in app based only and in app it is showing error when we moved to payment page , so it is not possible to book ticket in app and I was forced to book in browser where tracking is not possible .... please took care of it.
2 ★ The app seems to have developed some bugs. 1. website validate the credentials but app rejecting. 2. No online tracking is incorporated. 3. APSRTC is far better than this site. 4. Buses with layout shows individually. compare with that and develop
3 ★ I would like to book 3 tickets, 2 cat card Adults and 1 child.... pls tell me the options how to choose and book? as per my knowledge this app is worst. there is no way to book for 3 tickets (above). I tried so many times. Need to book 3 times. 2 cat card tickets seperate and 1 child ticket. this is only way to book. But I want to book for child no booking for single child ticket. Pls rectify this bug.Thanq. Prasad.
1 ★ Always shows error when re directed to payment page. Worst app ever. Technically it should improve bounds and heaps. If the technical team is not able to handle the app, please allow booking from Paytm or any third party apps. FYI when booking I have a good mobile network
1 ★ my self tried to login the account with correct username and password, but every time it shows verifying your mobile number and sms code sent to your mobile number, i am keep trying but no verification msg from tsrtc and customer care people simply advising me to use browser , then why they launched this app? no body is responding for my query... finally i am unable to login my account... so sad and i feel bad of this app
1 ★ Needs improvement in Ticket booking channel. Most of the time when i am trying to book the tickets pages gets error out and sometimes page is still loading. Performance wise not good. Am also agree with the other reviewers my friend lost money it is not returned so far.
1 ★ Not able to make payment through app. Always showing error. I had bad experience with this app. I tried to uninstall and then install the app. But still the same problem persists. please fix it.
1 ★ This is worse app I ever seen, never work promptly, I requested OTP almost waited 3 and 4 hours, till now it has not been received, I have given another number, same problem it is like government organisations where regularly we face alot of problems, nobody cares about it especially TSRTC, as usual they never care of passingers, you see I have changed my password still it is showing error, if these governments govern we face same problem in future too.
1 ★ I have booked 3 tickets but I didn't get any messages or mail .I got the message that money was debited.But they no response from Queries and refund many times I call to queries they is know response from them. I'm not satisfied with this app. Even I don't know when my money get's back. Worst service I have never ever seen.

1 ★ Worst service ever, booked ticket online for ₹210, and but not arrived even after 40 minutes of the scheduled time, and took another bus because it's late. Because of its worst service I wasted my ₹210. I am demanding refund for my ticket. And sent details to contact mail of tsrtc
2 ★ It was working fine before, first the problem started with payment ... We couldn't get the code for human verification... But now the app is not even opening... Please work on it... I'm a regular customer.
4 ★ Booking went well. Thanks. But need changes in payment section. It is difficult to know your terminology there. Instead EBS, HDFCxx you can say Cards. And also add UPI,Paytm as options.
