Chapter 1 - static approach to material
Section 1 - The object of labor law.

Paragraph 1 - The characters work.
The work must be both subordinate work and made in the private sector.
A - A subordinate work.
To claim to be seized by the labor law, the provision must be accomplished in a relation of subordination of a person against another person (the one on whose behalf the delivery is completed).
